Great bowl and smoothie varieties! The bowls usually come with only one fruit topping, a drizzle and granola that is mostly inflated rice. You can add more to it for a extra cost but the price is already more than fair in my opinion. I appreciate that they make the peanut butter in house. The staff is slow but friendly.

The two girls working were busy however, they did not even acknowledge customers. Only time acknowledged was when they took order after 10 minutes, no hello, no smiles, no personality whatsoever. Training is necessary and maybe another person to handle orders/cleaning and customer interactions. Tried it but likely won’t be back. Sad as I was excited to try this place. Hopefully they can make some much needed changes.

My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday. They give you a huge amount of smoothie or in my case a giant bowl of smoothie with fruit and such on top. I was so impressed with how refreshing and delicious it was. I will be returning often

While I understand the high school girls running the place are more than likely working their first job, they need some retraining. Also, where is the manager??
1. It took 40 minutes for my online order of two bowls and one smoothie. They were not busy at all. (Lack of Multitask)
2. No one greets you or acknowledges you. After couple walked in after me and stood at the front waiting like 10 minutes while the girls walked back and forth at least 8 times.
(No Hospitality)
3. While one girl was working on the orders, the other one was washing dishes or doing side work. If an order is 30+ minutes, worry about that after the orders are completed. If more blenders are needed, get more. (Lack of Efficiency)
4. WHERE IS THE MANAGER

Stopped by here around 630pm and got a Tropical Bliss Smoothie, Yoga Wellness bowl, and a Berry Fresh bowl!! All were amazing! Made right in front of you! They have a huge selection and so many toppings to choose from!

So I had not been to Rush Bowls and didn’t really know what to think. I ordered a Dragon bowl and a Bow Wow bowl. I can’t say that I was happy with the ordering experience as I could not hear the girl at the counter over all of the noise from the blenders, they were very close but it’s a really small shop so they were probably about as far away as they could be. Moving on, this is really cold, like extra cold but okay. So best I can say is it’s like a smoothie with toppings in a cup, it’s pretty small to be calling it a bowl. That does explain why I saw smoothies on the menu. I thought it was very flavorful but ate it very slowly to avoid a brain freeze. This is summer time food in my opinion. The Bow Wow bowl was rejected by my pup but she is all over the Pawbender at Good Times. They are very similar. I didn’t think there was anything that she wouldn’t eat. Go figure. So to wrap this up it’s a paws down from the dog and I don’t really see this as more than a high priced small smoothie in a cup. I doubt that I will go back, especially since I am still wanting for something to eat. I will just go across the street to Jamba Juice and spend half the money and get a much bigger smoothie since that’s really what I thought this was. To each their own but not for me.
