Might be the busiest soda fountain in Nebraska, I promise your food will be ready long before you get your drink. Other than that, a very unique and delicious sandwich these Runza’s are. Kinda like a classy hot pocket. And the Frings were a pleasant surprise. Dipping sauce not so much, it’s pretty much French onion dip. Nice, clean, and comfy fast food type restaurant, but the men’s bathroom was shockingly dirty. Just from short term neglect, and I let a staff member know. They also have some good looking burgers, wraps, and salads. Soft serve ice cream and cookies for dessert. Definitely give this Nebraska chain a try for something tasty and different.

The young man that works there that took my order is an excellent asset to your company and to your business. He provides personal service above and beyond. It was very pleasant to interact with him and to see him interact with others. I did not get his name but he does have some difficulty walking around and has a protective helmet but in no way is he handicapped. He rises above his limitations. The food was excellent I got a mushroom and Swiss sandwich and it just melted in my mouth the bread was extremely fresh. I think it came out of the oven when I placed my order it was quite superb. Fresh moist and piping hot most delicious. And the double cheeseburger I got was great as well. Thank you for the excellent experience it was my first time eating at a Runza restaurant. You deserve more than five stars

I am allergic to garlic and onions, and this restaurant was so accommodating! They cooked my hamburger patties with no seasoning, other than salt and pepper. The staff was fabulous, and the burgers were delicious. Thank you!!!

A nice local fast food place! I loved the fries and the homemade onion rings, and their offer of “frings” with combo meals, which is a little of both. My kids liked the popcorn chicken. The runza sandwiches are hearty and have a robust, saucy quality of meat filling that is uncommon among fast food. We’re from Oklahoma, but next time we pass through Kansas we’ll definitely be back!

Hair in cheeseburger. Was refunded for the burger and the staff were very nice. I certainly can’t recommend the restaurant due to the hair, but the staff were very sincere. Hair nets or at minimum a ball cap should be mandatory for those that are cooking/handling food.

First time visiting Runza. We’ve seen this place as we travel through Nebraska. The service was absolutely great. Being our first time, the server explained the menu and that all food is prepared fresh. The pictures looked very appetizing. I tried a sandwich and my wife tried the burger. The items we’re good but were smaller than they appeared and my sandwich seemed to have very little meat. I’d try the sandwich again if I had an option to double the meat. It had more bread than meat. Otherwise good place.
