Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Literally the worst restaurant around. Orders are ALWAYS wrong, food missing. Bad attitudes when you ask them to fix it. If I pay for 6 ranches with my online order that probably also means I want 6 ranches, not some ridiculous attitude and eye rolls because my order only had 4 and I show you a receipt saying I paid for 6. Be glad I even paid for it considering most people you don’t even charge. Oh and let’s not forget the rude comments for making an order with no salt. This didn’t just happen once, literally every single time my family had eaten here. For anyone reading this… seriously go to any other restaurant in town.

The service was amazing, the food was amazing, & a clean bathroom. Pleasantly surprised by the Runza sandwich. Will definitely stop by if traveling that way again. Would still be nice if they offered gluten free bread, but it all came out hot and fresh, and fast too.

This place is awesome! The customer service is the best. We had a big group and they were super busy with their onion rings not working. The manager actually came to our table, apologized for the inconvenience (without us having mentioned anything) and gave us malts. The sandwich was great, the fries were great, the ranch sauce is amazing! Great time. That was a lot of fun.

I bought two ice cream cones for $5.11 & my cones were smaller than any free kids cones that I ave ever gotten. I questioned the quantity for the price & was told that it was correct! Very disappointed.

Kids in back had to yell Front a couple times to get someone to take our order! We order #2 meal and another Runza. The kids in back had to yell a few times to get kid to bring us our order! Our fries were cold! Our run as were good and hot. First time we have ever had a complaint about eating at any Runza! The kids working obviously enjoy having fun at work more than customers satisfaction!

What a gem! Being from out of state we have never heard of Runza, so stopped in to check it out. Boy, did they not disappoint! From friendly and genuinely welcoming service to hot delicious sandwiches – a 5 star experience from start to finish! Runza sandwiches were so good, we had to get a couple to go on the way out! And the prices were right too!
