Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

The food was excellent. The restaurant is super clean, well lit, and up to date. I’m an out of stater, so I dont frequent their restaurants often but this one seems nicer than a few that I have been too. The service was a bit on the slow side, but they seemed to just be short staffed and I was there at an off-peak time. I’d definitely go back again.

Food is delicious, staff are friendly, service is quick and prompted. What more can one ask for?! Great place for family, friends, kids, or large group gatherings. I ordered the sweet berry chicken salad. It has grilled chicken, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese, and poppy seed dressing. Staff is/was awesome. Had to come in with my cat in his backpack carrier cuz it was way too hot to leave him in the vehicle(camping down the road) They even made sure he was serviced, got him water and popcorn chicken. Great food and one happy cat.

Ordered a spice jack runza, got a runza that they put salsa on and salad croutons. Obviously the person making the spice jack had no clue. No jalopenos, no bacon, or pepper jack cheese.

They’ll have you sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before you’re even able to order. This is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been to. There is no excuse for this pathetic service.
