Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

I had the southwest chicken salad again. It is always very good. The one picture that shows the old Runza. I remember going there on lunch from when I worked for Pegler. They would come out to your car and get your order. Then bring it to you. That was the good old days.

Stopped in for lunch last week and will not return to this location. Smells like a sewage problem that was then doused in bleach to attempt to hide the smell. My salad was not at all fresh. Much of the lettuce was brown.

I’ve never had a Runza before, but after trying one I liked it so much that I got another. The bread was soft and doughy, and I liked the way the meat was seasoned. Try their Cheese Runza and the BLT Runza!

Service is terrible! Took so long I heard many noises in the kitchen even though the whole place was empty. Do these kids even work for what they’re there getting paid for! Person at front young man seemed high out of his mind. Do we not care for proper good service!!?? WHY . IN THIS. CENTURY. ARE WE SETTLING. FOR LESS THAN!!! Anyway…. Food was ok . Anyone who has not had a runza before should maybe try a burger from runza instead. My husband and I both absolutely hated the runza with cheese. It was soggy and the filling had a very pungent flavor that we did not care for. That being said the fries were delicious and the onion rings were hot and crispy but mediocre.

Bad management, someone was loitering in the lobby, but they let someone sleep in the dining room, no one from the Runza O St staff checked on them to see if they were ok. Why would I want to eat in a dining room where there is someone sleeping.

I ordered the classic grilled chicken sandwhich…I asked for no mayo add bbq sauce bacon and cheese. Not difficult right? I had to repeat it multiple times!!! I heard someone tell the order taker I wanted the Swiss BBQ NOOOOOO!!! Not what I said. I repeat again … order taker asked me about the lettuce and tomato I told him Yes I wanted the lettuce and tomato and once again I repeated the classic no mayo add bbq, bacon and cheese!!! Finally … or so I thought …they understood…I also ordered a ranch chicken wrap extra lettuce…when I got home there was no lettuce or tomato on my sandwich!!!! So frustrating but Im not done!!!! So I went back in the drive thru told them they forgot my lettuce and tomato and asked if they could just give me a side of it…got to the drive thru window young man said they can put it on for me…fine…gave him the wrapped sandwich….then a lady with dark hair comes to the widow with my sandwich UNWRAPPED!!!! tells me that tomato and lettuce doesn’t come on the sandwich …and so for the 1000th time I repeated what I ordered she takes my open unwrapped sandwich back and a minute and half later I get my sandwich back in a new bag. Good right yeah not done…I go back home and I totally forgot about my ranch wrap I ordered with extra lettuce…I open that barely any lettuce no cheese and a ton of ranch. Also, because I had to go through all that…now my food is ice cold!! So thanks!! Next time I just go buy Chick filets dried out chicken
