Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

The Sweet Berry Chicken Salad was very good, as usual. The service was what you would expect as well. While the restrooms could use some attention, the restaurant itself was visually appealing with current decor, although it did feel a little cramped. Runza has certainly exceeded my expectations for a fast food restaurant. Dining at this location was my first experience with Runza, and certainly will not be the last. The onion rings were crispy and sweet. The blend of meat and cabbage, together with the unique flavour reminds me of the fabulous meat buns in Japan. Cannot wait to become their first customer outside Nebraska should they choose to venture in Texas some day!

I could not recommend this restaurant especially this location enough!! Every time we go to this location there is a gentleman named Sterling who is so kind and sweet and goes out of his way to consistently to make you feel welcomed. I’ve been here several times and he has yet to not have a smile on his face, he is so kind no matter what. God bless him! He needs a raise!

I think out of the millions of times I’ve eaten at Runza Restaurants I’ve only really been disappointed once. This place was no exception to the normal delicious burger. I did take a star off because most of the tables were a bit dirty. Since we were the only customers inside at the time, I can’t really think of a good reason that they wouldn’t have been cleaned.
