This Runza is exceptionally clean all the time. Today I came in at 1030a, right at open, as I wanted to deliver some sandwiches to a field team who was having a rough start to their day. Of course the restaurant was super clean, the folks at the counter were friendly and fast, but here’s the thing – it’s this way during lunch rush. And at dinner. I said nothing about being pleased by the service and spotless dining area until I left. This location is just lovely.

I was very pleased with the service provided in drive-thru. The two people working drive thru (the receipt said Troy but I didn’t catch the young lady’s name) were so kind to me. As an older man, younger generations don’t seem to care anymore but these two are special! You’ve got yourself some keepers… hahahah… They made sure my order was correct and it surely was! yay!… Will frequent this location more.

I’ve been ordering the southwest salad since I was a kid from runza and really disappointed they served mine with popcorn chicken instead of the strips they cut up. Lesson learned

I have never had such horrible food from Runza. The runza sandwiches were hard and probably left over from the day before. The fries were all hard and cold. Every pop was flat. Even the chicken strips were hard. I would recommend not picking this Runza since we just wasted 40 bucks on food that’s not edible.

Showed up at at 8:30pm on a Thursday to grab some food from the drive thru. Got to the speaker and they said they are closed then had to sit in the drive thru and wait for the person in front of me to get there food in the drive thru.

I love Runza. Every time I come back to Lincoln, I have to have one. This location is a busy one, and they do a great time still getting food to you quickly. I tried the Philly Runza, good, but the Swiss cheese and mushroom are still my favorite. Make sure you try the rings, too. They are wonderful!
