I love Runza. Every time I come back to Lincoln, I have to have one. This location is a busy one, and they do a great time still getting food to you quickly. I tried the Philly Runza, good, but the Swiss cheese and mushroom are still my favorite. Make sure you try the rings, too. They are wonderful!

We went through the drive thru,a little mix up with our 2 separate orders, but they took care of it and apologized. Very nice and as always I love the fries. Wasn’t enough honey mustard on my grilled chicken special deluxe sandwich.

We drove into the drive thru and there were 3 cars in front of us and two cars came up behind a few seconds later. We were sitting there for 10 minutes and no one was moving. This was Saturday July 15th @ 6:45. We had plans that evening at a certain time and wanted to grab some food that was quick. We couldn’t understand what was taking so long since we hadn’t moved for another 10 minutes. Finally the cars moved through and it’s our turn to order, but no one will take our order and there was nothing on the marquee.

Runza sets the bar high with quality food. Unfortunately the men’s restroom flooded and the staff attempted to mop but left the floor very wet and dangerous. The back up counter girl ( main girl was mopping) seemed very overwhelmed and didn’t help us get ketchup for our table of 8 guests. The ketchup self serve was out and we would have happily taken packets but she gave us 2 x 2 Oz cups and said the rest of our guests can come request their own ketchup.

I ordered a hamburger and onion rings, TWO sides of ranch (one for o rings, one for ranch burger I was CRAVING. Kid at window says “a side of ranch “ I said no, TWO SIDES of ranch. Ate one on way home with o rings. Get up to apartment, highly anticipating my ranch burger, but what’s this??? No more ranch. I called in. All I got from management was “uhh sorry bout that. “ Twice. Thanks. Guess dry burger can go in trash. Ten bucks wasted. I’m out.

Fast delivery of order. Onion rings and fries absolutely spot on as was the Swiss mushroom burger and runza. The only issue is the layout of the parking and the drive-through lane . Confined and tight turned! Otherwise, super staff, fresh and hot food. Well done.
