Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Staff was adequately Nice. I got a Swiss mushroom runza. The wrap was soaked and grease never seen one come out like that before. There was also what looked like a little small spot of mold on the inside of the wrapper. Half the onion rings were burnt the other half were undercooked. So I was a bit underwhelmed with this location. Also I noted when I got home that I got the receipt for the person who was in front of me as well as my receipt. Rather strange.

Not affected by “New” Building shape, still a more modern design
Ordered a Cheese Runza and Onion rings. Both were good and made well. Ordered a vanilla shake, however was very stuffing, I will be ordering a cone next time!

Tired of being disrespected in the drive thru. My receipt says Ashley was her name. The older lady with white hair. Rude every single time. Never been nice once. Talks over you when ordering and gets the order wrong consistently because of it. It’s a shame.

Want a Runza, they had none. A 20 minute wait for one. They suggested a cheese burger so I went with that. A little disappointed. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for that. Bad preparation. Didn’t even get my sandwich for free or at least a free brownie for not having there flagship sandwich. Different times now a days I guess. I like Runza but may try a different location.

1st Timer ! I had the Runzo Philly cheese steak. I added xcheese . With onion rings . Overall, everything was great . Being picky as I am . The meat could have more flavor, and the onion rings were a little undercooked . Minor adjustments, in my opinion . But not unhappy . The texture of the bread was awesome. The meat to bread ratio was perfect . More meat than bread . I did order another Runzo Philly cheese steak with xcheese and jalapeño . For later . The young lady, Jasmine, at the register was very sweet and welcoming . 8.16.23 @ 12:29 pm In case you want to give her a raise

My “usual” Runza when I lived in town. I think my record was three meals in a row at this location! Fast food pricing and layout, with a burger than can not only rival but usually beat many other “great burger places” that I have tried. My only complaint is that I’m not still close enough to break my 3 meals in a row record!

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and our order was accurate. The kiddos really enjoyed the outdoor play area, and they were able to be loud and eat their food outside without worrying about bothering the other customers.
