Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Their food is always fresh. But I’m don’t think they clean their pop machines often enough. Their Dr. Pepper always taste like play-doh. It’s not only this location it’s several locations.

First off I pulled into the second-order board they then told me I had to pull around to the first one. When I pulled up there was only 1 car ahead of me (it was not busy) I ordered only 2 combos with shakes and 2 Runza sandwiches. After I paid he handed me the shakes and told me “I’ll get your food as soon as I can” I had to wait for over 10 min I was at the window for so long the whipped cream was melted on the shakes. When I got the food and drove home (I live on 99th Q a couple of blocks away) I took my food from the bag and noticed the fries were so overcooked (they were hollow). I took a bite of my burger and the patties were crisp and super dry. The Deluxe chicken sandwich was super bland, with only a few pieces of lettuce and a small top of tomato and No sauce was on it at all. I spent 45$ to toss most of it in the trash. I don’t understand why they made me wait so long for food that was just cold and nasty. I will never return to this location ever again.

We ordered two Southwest chicken salads, and they were made with a very small amount of chicken — it honestly felt like a side of chicken with greens rather than an actual Southwest chicken salad.
Although they agreed to remake it, that felt like the bare minimum to correct the mistake. There was no apology, reimbursement, or courtesy offered, even after we had already driven home and had to drive back again — doubling the time, effort, and gas.
Service is everything. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

undoubtedly one of the best , this store keeps me a good person, keeps no out of my heart,keeps good things happening to me. all i gotta do is keep eating the food. but i must add using the runza app is bizzarly unfunctional, Mostly in terms of functionality and convenience. mcdonalds and taco bells app is light years ahead, my runza app experience made me critically rethink my love of runza. i still do of course but show the app some love please

I’ve always had a great experience not only just at this location but all Runza locations! I love the Nebraska originality of the business! You need to try it if you haven’t! Also during Jan/Feb check out the Temperature Tuesday promotion! This location is very clean and has a welcoming environment and employees.

First time at a Runza, It was tasty but you got to like the salt and grease. Comfort food. Had the runza with cheese and mushroom swiss. The onion rings were excellent and not as greasy. The kids meal had the option of mandarin oranges which was nice and they got a coupon for a free cone.

The remodel looks great. Brandon, the owner, cared about us and made us feel welcome. The staff appreciated us for our business. This is so rare nowadays that I feel compelled to tell others. Food was excellent and fresh. I will be going to this location.
