Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

This was my drive-thru experience. The fries were excellent. My Swiss Mushroom Runza however wasn’t what I expected. Way too Salty. But my biggest issue was that the dough was way too thin and broke up easily. The mixture inside was spilling out before I even got one bite. I don’t remember that a Runza should be served in a bowl or eaten with plastic utensils.

When I went there with my family once, I heard the employees shouting about a rat in the restaurant while I was sitting down eating my food. I had lost my appetite and left and the lady who served me I don’t know if she was the manager but her attitude was so nasty and negative if you don’t like it, then go somewhere else. The atmosphere overall was utterly horrendous. And I’ll never come back to this establishment NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Love my Runza when I come to Nebraska. Tastes nothing like anything else. So delicious. The French fries are better than from any other place. The service was quick and our server had a great sense of humor.

One of your managers was so unfriendly, and her face was irritated from the moment I walked in. Even as I was ordering, she had the biggest attitude. When my food was brought to me she basically slammed it on the table. It’s not necessary to say “enjoy”, but she said it to the people around me, so it rubbed me the wrong way when she didn’t say it to me. She was wearing a black apron, glasses, and a low pony tail. Her name started with an A I believe. Please have a conversation with her about costumer service.

Runza Restaurant was a good meal. The Swiss and Mushroom Runza was not offensive but it is definitely a regional food. It is not something i will be craving.It was not very visually appealing. If you get a kidsmeal don’t forget the free ice-cream cone. The coupon is on the paper bag that the kids meal comes in. For the most part the restaurant was clean. The men’s room had an issue though, The handle for the faucet was completely broken off. To use it you had to figure out how it fit on. The drive-thru line can back up and block parking and traffick trying to drive around the restaurant. There is handicapped parking but the doors are not automatic.

First time this happened but hopefully last. Fries were not cooked all the way. Mountain Dew was out of syrup. But worst of all, Hamburger wasn’t cooked all the way. Didn’t pay no mind to it until half way eaten. Upset. 10/08/21 at Bellevue location.
