I love their salads, but their app and customer service could use a few tweaks. Why don’t you folks offer the option to pick up my app order at the drive-thru? I don’t like having to walk through the drive-thru line of cars to enter the restaurant, and I don’t like that my food is sitting unattended at the counter for anyone to mess with or take. I went through drive-thru, asked nicely if I could get my app order there, and was shot down by the chick working the window. Seriously? Would it have been that hard to be nice? And, an hour later I receive notification that my order is ready.

Wow. Failure yet again. Both ketchup dispensers were empty, employees in the kitchen were practically yelling vulgarities, cursing and burpingextremelyloudly, and Runza sandwich was smashed and broken.

The food is always fantastic! The ranch is one of the best ranches around. Make sure you grab some to dip your fries in, yum! And the weekday lunch crew is top notch. They know how to move the line quickly and efficiently. Also, very grateful they are part of Tagg to help non profit organizations raise money.

Don’t expect to use your app for loyalty credits or even payment through the app if you pay with a gift card first. I have gone to the Runza on 90th and Fort and this didn’t happen. Did it twice in the past week. I bought a bunch of cards with the holiday deal. And now this , she didn’t even seem to care. I won’t go back to this location simply because of customer service.

Came here today for lunch and I was So shocked when I walked In due to its cleanliness! There was an older(still young though) gal who seemed to really care about this establishment. She was cleaning the whole time! Cleanest Runza I’ve ever been to. The food was also very delicious!
