Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Absolutely Love Runza! Food is always fresh & hot. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of and the staff was Super friendly. Crazy you have to pay extra for the onion ring dip even when you purchase onion rings ♀️ And they have the BEST Onion Rings…The dip rocks though!

This is by far the best, cleanest, and friendliest Runza I’ve been too. The food was cooked perfect and the fact that the cooks even said thank you when we left was great! Never have I been to a fast food place and had such great service!

Last week, ordered a Runza meal, and an extra burger. Glad that I ordered the extra cheeseburger …….the dough on the Runza was EXTREMELY undercook, and…..it went in the trash! Wanted to ask for a refund, but didn’t want to make a scene in front of my friends. Next time….just tell me the Runza isn’t done baking. I’ll understand!

Usually have good service at this location. Not this time worst fast food experience ever ordered a double burger no bun no cheese. With two other meals. My meal was the only one that was messed up. We could hear the kitchen talking about how they made a mistake because the “weren’t told that there was no cheese, it just said no bun” when I finally got my burger there was so much mustard that not only did it look like cheese it was under the Pattie’s as well. Once I scrapped most of the mustard off I cut into the burger and they were both raw. We were also able to hear from the dining room the kitchen talking about how to use the double cheese burger that they made by mistake.

Ordered mushroom Swiss and fries got a microwaved burger and 10 cold fries. None of the mushrooms on the bun and burger not even wrapped just smashed around it. Tasted terrible. Tossed the whole thing. Never again.

Very nice service at the drive through. I didn’t go in which is why I only gave it one star. The contents were hot the fries were crispy and amazing.
