We frequent this Runza as a hometown favorite. Generally good service. The food is frequently on the chilly side when we get home about 2 minutes away but always tasty. Just can’t beat a Runza sometimes.

Usually have good service at this location. Not this time worst fast food experience ever ordered a double burger no bun no cheese. With two other meals. My meal was the only one that was messed up. We could hear the kitchen talking about how they made a mistake because the “weren’t told that there was no cheese, it just said no bun” when I finally got my burger there was so much mustard that not only did it look like cheese it was under the Pattie’s as well. Once I scrapped most of the mustard off I cut into the burger and they were both raw. We were also able to hear from the dining room the kitchen talking about how to use the double cheese burger that they made by mistake.

This is by far the best, cleanest, and friendliest Runza I’ve been too. The food was cooked perfect and the fact that the cooks even said thank you when we left was great! Never have I been to a fast food place and had such great service!

It’s runza…so you know it’s amazing! I don’t live in Nebraska anymore so I always have to get runza when i am home. A must stop for any travelers coming through who have never experienced runza! Very clean restaurant and service was efficient and friendly. Food was fresh and hot! We even took some to go which is why we spent $10-20 per person

Went thru the drive thru, asked for a BLT runza and I was told that they don’t have those. They have all the ingredients to make them, just didn’t want to. Used to own runza stock in several restaurants and everyone else took care of the customers but it was too much for the wahoo store.

I stopped in at 1:30 pm for lunch there wasn’t a clean table in the place there were a group of Highschool kids eating being very obnoxious when I seen one of them go to the drink station and dump out their cup in the tea container because it didn’t have a lid on it …I said something to the guy at the counter …he said yeah somebody forgot to put the lid on this morning ….it’s 1:30 in the afternoon ? If I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out .

The guys at 8:30pm on a school night were polite troopers as they smoothly and efficiently pushed delicious orders through for a rush of like 5-6 random cars in a row right before closing. Daylight savings messes with so much, but late practices still have hungry teens who appreciate great food and kind service. Thanks, crew!
