Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

This Runza is the last time I ever go. Every location is a disappointment. I just left and my mushroom sandwich was cold. The bread was hard too. Almost like the sandwich was sitting for a while. They could have just microwaved the thing and I would have been slightly happier. The fries are gross. It was a mixture of reheated fries and fries that were reheated 2 or 4 times. They were reheated so bad I thought some were fake

We placed a mobile order, and it was ready right in time when we arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and while they forgot to put in a French onion dip, they made it right as soon as I asked. The tables were spotless and everything was clean and new-looking. The USB charger outlets at each table are a great idea, too!

Love the attention to detail. Got lunch and ordered a plain cheeseburger for my wife, no veggies or anything. They gave me exactly what I ordered. A plain cheeseburger. It made me laugh out loud. I should have asked for a bun but that was my miscommunication. I appreciate the attention to detail. As always, the food is great!

I went to the drive-thru to get an iced tea. It was just over $3. That is completely ridiculous. There’s a difference between making money off of people and just completely not caring about the customer. The cup is maybe 30 oz and then they fill it completely full with ice so I’d be willing to bet that I’m getting maybe 20 oz of actual tea. Do better Runza!
