Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

The service at this location was great. I had a pair of older ladies who were very kind. The food was just what I ordered. The quality seems to go up and down depending on the Runza but this location seems to have it down fairly well

Awesome food and service. The manager made a special salad. The Buffalo Chicken Salad. Definitely a must have. The lettuce, spinach, feta cheese and buffalo sauce were spot on. I had the grilled chicken. That was the best salad mixture. PLEASE MAKE THIS AN EVERYDAY MENU ITEM!!!

The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law’s car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!

This location SAYS it closes at 9:30pm.
I went at 9:17pm after a flight, there are people in the back, but the drive thru is closed and door locked. Kinda disappointed in that. If it says 9:30, you should stay open until 9:30. That’s losing out on business.

This place needs new management. We stopped by to feed the family, ordered our runza combos, then was told that Runza was out of runzas. No comment. So my wife and I didn’t order anything and we ordered four kids meals for the kiddos. The kids were given drink cups to go fill with pop. After a bit of time at the table the kids complained the pop didn’t taste good. When we asked the guy working about it, he said the pop machine was broken. THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE US CUPS TO GO FILL??? Good Grief!! It’s hard to find good help these days.

The staff was very nice and reminded me of why I missed Nebraska, besides the Runza’s of course. It was super sweet that they offered Ranger, my service , a pup-cup. Ranger loved it! I would have given them 5 stars, as the food was delicious, but… One of the sandwiches looked like it was torn apart. I had to eat that one with a fork. I will upgrade my review if my next sandwiches are more, intact 🙂

Definitely the best Runza location I’ve been to. The stores in Omaha don’t even come close. The food has been prepared perfectly every time I’ve eaten here, and they never keep me waiting. The staff is always quite friendly and helpful. In my opinion, these are all signs of good management. Will absolutely come here every time I visit home. Would rate 6 out of 5 if I could. A staple in the Nebraskan diet.
