I would honestly give this place zero stars if the app allowed it. I just paid $19 plus tax for four—yes, only four—chicken strips. At those prices, I expected them to be gold-plated, but they were just standard, overpriced airport food. It is absolute highway robbery. Do yourself a massive favor and eat a full meal before you even leave for the airport, or pack some snacks in your carry-on. Don’t let them catch you hungry here!

This is not a place Omaha is proud of per se. The thing is, it’s better than it was. The front side is basically coffee, backside bar, side is the food. Have a couple pics of the food and menu. They open early, 5:30am today. Solely have to go kinda foods, but some healthy-ish items (salads looked good). Think there will be an upgrade when the renovations finish, but seriously…it’s not horrible. Also, at one time they only had Pepsi, now they have Coke so that makes me happy. Basically, it does the job. Oh, if you are in need, there’s a payphone nearby!

The chicken sandwich is so bad it’s impressive. This sandwich took effort for it to be this bad. Someone had to set a goal of making the sandwich as bad as possible, because chicken sandwiches don’t get this bad organically. Every detail, every decision, every step of this sandwich’s design and creation were painstakingly chosen to slingshot it beyond mediocrity and squarely into tragedy. Slow clap.

Worst airport “resturant” (if they can even legally call it that) possibly in the country. Rude middle aged employee, terrible service and even worse food. About two seats in the place and it’s right in the middle of all the noise of airport (open from all sides)

Nasty! Public Education System lunch food is exponentially better than what they serve here. Staff just stared assuming that I could read their minds saying, “May I take your order?” Sad part it that it is THE only “hot food” establishment at B gate at OMA.

It’s the only place in the terminal to grab a drink or eat, so I guess they don’t need to try that hard. $27 for a mediocre chicken sandwich, bottle of water and bag of chips.. woah. They don’t have enough tables so there’s no where to sit. Also you can’t bring alcohol out so you just have to stand next to people sitting down to drink a beer. Why?

This is got to be the worst excuse for a bar and grille I have ever experienced, flying 2/3 days a week for 11 yrs and the restaurant here is the worst.
I order a chicken ceaser wrap ( self service) and after waiting over 30 minutes I go to the counter and ask where I would pick up my sandwich, and was I formed ” oh that’s a cold pre-made wrap it’s in the cold case you get that yourself”
$15 for a cold pre made wrap is unacceptable!!!!

Terrible customer service every time I come here is the same thing they don’t care… I got ice cold coffee ….by the way this is a coffee shop that doesn’t have iced coffee or so the guy said …so I asked for hot coffee and it was iced cold. Very rude guy at counter.
