This place is great. They have all kinds of baked goodies, breads, pies, strudels, fried pies and other tasty treats. Today we went only for their pizza. We ordered the large grand slam. It was sooo good. We sat there and ate a slice before taking the rest home. It’s made fresh right there too. If you want a pizza packed with toppings and flavor, this is the place.

My first time here and I was throughly impressed. I walked in looking for I don’t know lol….So I was walking around and I saw in the glass the German sausage wrapped in a roll. I just assumed it had something else in it, but the lady assured me it didnt.
I bought 2 of them and heated them up in the microwave & was impressed. These things are good. Will def have to stop by again when I’m in this area.
Staff was professional and I was impressed by how clean and well lit the lighting was. To me things like that are important. Will be back if I’m in the area.

The employees were very friendly and went out of their way to give us a good experience there. The pizza was a welcome find during our road trip. They have a wide selection of pizzas made to order, bakery items, meat, cheese, German beer, Texas wine, and Texas ice cream. Will definitely make this our new stop while traveling that way.

What a fun place to shop. Everything we purchased was delicious. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. The German sausage kolaches were delicious. If you’re traveling through Gainesville TX this is a great place for fuel and great food!

This place has gone downhill. Bad quality of some pastry items like dried out cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins with little to no blueberries. They run out of items and the inventory is sparse even in the early afternoon. It used to be a touristy spot with cute souvenir items and tshirts.

Not ex exactly a sit down place but this is for sure a great German bakery. The sandwiches are legit and all of the pastries are to die for. We got a German chocolate pie and it was amazing. We splurged on two cinnamon rolls and they were delicious. The pizza was outstanding, they stuff their crust of the actual pizza with cheese and pepperoni.
