We’ve been going here for years. Haven’t been in a while so I checked recent review to which made me hesitant to come back. I’m glad we decided to ignore them because we had a great experience. They had live music that was really good and set the vibe. Our server Carlos was quick at greeting us, getting our drinks and food. All the food tasted great. The drinks were fruit margaritas that was point.

Good beach atmosphere. The pretzel bites were ok. The kids peanut butter and jelly was toasted, a bit weird. We also had the chicken quesadilla and it was good. The bang bang shrimp tacos were awesome! Super saucy and spicy! The bloody was a little thick to our liking. Overall, it was good, not great. But you are right next to the beach which is gorgeous!

Great location outside bar, on one side, more relax on other. Drinks are expensive, get your money worth, had nachos.. Very nice place to be outdoors…

On my first day here I walked the beach and when it was time to get out of the sun I spotted Rumrunners and beeline it. The bartenders were awesome and I met a good group of people at the bar. I sat and drew in my sketchbook and had a really good fish taco, first time having one.

Ate dinner here one of the nights during our stay. Staff was great and the food was great, a little overpriced, but that was to be expected for a beach hotel. I got the Blackend Grouper sandwich with sweet potato fries. Wife got the pecan strawberry salad with grilled chicken that she loved.

We sat outside on the patio. The waiter showed up pretty quickly to take our drink order and returned with them quickly. We ordered the nachos a few minutes later. After about 45 minutes later the waiter came back and we were able to order dinner. Now I have to say the restaurant wasn’t overly busy and the wait staff was standing around behind the bar talking ALOT. My wife ordered a burger and sweet potato fries, I ordered a grouper sandwich and fries. We waited and waited and waited. Finally after 45 minutes we asked about our food. Another server brought it out to us and advised my plate was hot. Uh, yeah, because it had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. The bun was rock hard. I took one bite and the fish was ‘off’. At this point I was already irate and it wasn’t worth sitting there longer to talk to a manager or have them remake my dinner. Especially if we had to wait another 45 minutes. My wife just got a box and brought her burger home as we’d already been there far longer than we had anticipated and still had a ride home on the motorcycle.

Came here with my sister and mom for a relaxing mother’s day weekend , it was lovely and relaxing there drinks are fairly priced and pretty good, you have direct beach access which is awesome and they have a lot of seating options . They have some different food items to pick from .

Great little spot. Was busy when we stopped by, but it was the start of spring break. Great little bar with TVs and close to the resort pool on one side, beach on the other. We got conch fritters for an appetizer with some local beer/mixed drink to start. We then added two entrees (Cuban sandwich and veggie bowl) with another round of drinks. Food was great (conch fritters especially). Total came out to about ~$70 with tip for two people. Enjoy!!

Unless you are staying at the hotel attached, I HIGHLY discourage you from dining here! My boyfriend and I wanted to listen to live music at a beach bar, but made the mistake of choosing Rum Runners! We ordered 4 drinks! Yes, 4 drinks…and our bill was $109 before tip everything is overpriced and under-poured!! Both of us spent our 20s in the service industry, and are always reluctant to cause a fuss….But we even had to stop our waitress and ask if these were single or double pours because they looked extremely short. Later, we asked to settle up our tab, and to our surprise, we were infuriated that OUR BILL (4 DRINKS) WAS a HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR PATRON AND KENDALL- JACKSON CHARDONNAY!
