I always have a great experience at Ruggiero’s in Schenectady. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a welcoming environment. Nour is especially amazing. She helps customers quickly while still being incredibly kind and attentive. I also want to recognize how amazing their food is. I’ve tried numerous entrees and pizza at this restaurant. I’d have to say their best item on the menu is the “Fat Guy” (Sandwich with Chicken Cutlet, fresh mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and balsamic glaze). This will hit the spot every time! Overall love Ruggiero’s.

Sorry to say. My wife thought they once had the best tuna sub around. She could not eat theone I bought for her today. I tasted it and I agree. Salty but otherwise tasteless. Something changed. My italian sub was Okay but I will not go back again.

This food is the best. You won’t find a more consistent recipe… if you have their pizza once … you love it for life. Their deli sandwiches are also so tasty. The bread is made fresh daily and all their flavors are amazing. Try their food, this family does not disappoint.

Just called the store to order a chicken wing pizza and the young lady on the line rushed me in my order as I tried to explain what I wanted and she cut me off to say we have a 55 minute wait. Never let me finish. Service has gone way downhill.

I love to go to this location. The staff are always so friendly. The girl Erin that works at the front is always so sweet when I come in to my kids and I. The food is always hot, and fresh. Wings crispy, pizza cheesy, and don’t even get me started on their garlic knots . 10/10 recommend this location.
