Generic mozzarella sticks with no cheese inside. Pizza was okay, but definitely cheaper ingredients. Good for convenience if walking around the desolate mall, otherwise there’s better in rocky mount.

I have been coming here since I was a kid in 1985. The cost of running a business out of that mall can’t be cheap. The fact that this place is the sole surviving original food restaurant in Golden East mall is a testament to the quality of the food they provide and the staff that provides it. I have never had a bad experience at this establishment. The staff is always friendly and makes time to check in and see how things are no matter how busy while I wait for the food.
The pizza is amazing! I give this place 5 out 5 pizza slices

The Philly cheesesteaks are great as well as the subs. Try the lemonade and fruit punch mixed together. This is located within the Golden East mall.

I have been here numerous times and try to support any business at the mall. This morning I went at 11 o’clock right when they opened. I saw a pan of premade slices that had been pulled out of the walk-in freezer. Before I paid, I asked if it was going to be a fresh slice or that, and he said, not this but a fresh slice. He then proceeded to put those slices in the oven.
Employee didn’t seem to care. I left without the pizza, they can keep my money.
I understand cutting costs, But the employee was not honest.
Additionally, the sanitation grade was an 87/B.

I have been eating this place since I was a child. It never misses. Always good. I love their cheese pizza, steak and cheese and wings…….they are always hot and fresh and staff always friendly

Been coming here since I was a kid. The food is definitely not the same. I guess recipes weren’t passed down. I ordered a Sicilian slice today. Got to my destination and they gave me a regular slice. Is it that they think certain people don’t know what a slice of sicilian pizza is? Epic failure! There are other pizza places near. I’ll give those a try.

I went to this pizza place because I remember my mom taking me when I was young and I wanted to retry it, I got a supreme slice and it seemed like a slice of pepperoni pizza that was just covered in topping , it was a little bit cold. I was disappointed but I went back today a couple days later because I felt I just came on a bad day, I ordered the chicken calzone , that was very good. All in all I recommend the calzones , I don’t blame them for the Supreme, just trying to use stock they prob needed to get rid of.

This place has the best philly cheese steak outside of Philadelphia that I have ever had. And I’ve had a lot. My son always loves to get the meatball sub. And he loved it. They do the fries just right. You will have to wait-a-bit because they make them when you order them. I love this place.

I’ve eaten here so many times. So I thought I was good today getting a baked ziti, & I was so wrong & disappointed ☹️. I paid 10$ on a baked ziti that had not one piece of meat. I only got ziti noodles, sauce & cheese. I could have taken that 10$ and made my own. Very Very disappointed with 10$ lost.
