Its fine. Not fantastic. Ill try it again but cost versus return I’ll probably go with the other BBQ places in the area. I did appreciate the pickles being self serve. Also annoys me that they recommend 20% tip at checkout for self service.

I was in the area, so I ordered ahead and took all the food home. Everyone was super nice and polite.
Grabbed the boneless rib sandwich for lunch, there is a lot of meat on there, and will probably be 1-2 more meals for me. Love that they do not slather sauce on everything, this way I can sauce it up to my liking.
All of the sides we got were really good. Banana pudding was fantastic.
It’s great to have a nice smokehouse along I-70. It’s always nice to have a choice other than fast food. Veteran owned. For ordering online, go to their website or download the GoTo app.

We to lunch with cousins. The one had already been there but me and the other one hadn’t. There is a saying, you don’t get a second chance at a first impression, boy was I blown away. My cousin and his son got the sampler. I got the two meet combo brisket and sausage. Brisket and was good hit the sausage was AMAZING! I also loved the corn bread, sweet but not two sweet. Another pleasant surprise was the craft fountain sodas. Very nice touch. Special note the Carolina gold sauce is elite!

I have eaten here several times now and can’t say enough good things about it. Fast friendly service. Great food and good size portions. Great meat. I have had chicken and pork. The hand cut fries are exceptional.

It’s average BBQ at best. Pulled pork was decent, sausage was decent, burnt ends not good. Mac n cheese not good, chili decent. You do get good portion sizes but my meal was $40. I can get some of the best BBQ in KC and Memphis for much less and still leave full.
If you do eat here, sneak in your own drinks. The soda they have in the fountain is the most damn awful stuff I ever drank! Tried the cola, root beer, and black cherry and all 3 were terrible. No fizz whatsoever either, probably flat on top of terrible. Just get a contract with Coke or Pepsi like everyone else…

1st timers here so they did a great job explaining the menu options and helped with questions. The staff was all very nice and welcoming.
The ribs were really good. I usually steer away from Brisket, only because if its not cooked right, it dries out. This brisket was DELISH!!
They have a clean beverage station as well as a BBQ sauce station. CoDriver liked the Bourbon Sauce, I LOVED the heat from the SPICY.
I ordered Hush Puppies that were mushy inside. Being the 1st time here, I dont know if thats how it was suppose to be? They tasted alright but just wasnt 100% on it.
All the food passed the test, HOWEVER, nothing seemed to be HOT! The Meats and “Hot” sides were barely warm. Again, 1st time here, so, Not sure if thats just how its ssrved here, but if Im going to eat a sitdown hot meal, I expect SOMETHING to be hot.
Overall, GREAT STAFF, GOOD FOOD, CLEAN DINING AREA…Im sure we’ll be back when were come thru the area again. Now that we know its Legit!

We were traveling from Columbus to Dayton and saw the sign on the highway. We know it’s not the famous Rudy from Texas but decided to give it a shot and we were glad we did!
It’s pretty legit, we had the sampler which has 6 types of meats. I’m not a chicken person so can’t say much about the pulled chicken, but the rib, the pulled pork, the sausages, the turkey and all the fixings are really good. I am a sucker for sweet potato and theirs does not disappoint.
If we travel this way again will definitely stop by again!

Loved Rudy’s! We were looking for good food, close to our hotel and room to catch up with friend. Rudy’s hit all marks! You can’t go wrong with the Sampler Platter! The 3 of us dove into the BBQ of ribs, chicken, turkey and sausage with 2 sides, like there was no tomorrow! Highly recommend! Stop in. You will be full and happy the rest of the day.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you step in you realize you’re in a smokehouse restaurant staff was very nice. Food was very good. I had the pulled pork, which was my favorite and the beef brisket with green beans.
