I have a strong hunch that Rudy’s New York Pizza might just become one of my go-to restaurants, especially with its proximity to our church. The small bar is perfect for having a drink with a close-knit group of friends. On my maiden visit after a church meeting, we ordered a draft beer, the Jekyll, which had a taste reminiscent of an IPA, something I particularly enjoy. We kept it simple with appetizers, opting for calamari and Santa Fe rolls. The calamari was wonderfully fresh and delicious, while the Santa Fe rolls, baked instead of fried, were a delightful surprise. Our waitress, the most senior but also the wisest team member, was exceptionally friendly and personable. She even shared the fascinating history behind the restaurant, which was started by an immigrant from Iceland about 20 years ago. The overall experience, from the food to the service and the nostalgic 1970s ambiance, was truly enjoyable. An added bonus was a PacMan video game, which took me back to the good old days. I enjoyed Jekyll Brewing IPA.

Been to Rudy’s several times. I get the same thing. The stuffed “pizza”. Is it a pizza or a sandwich ♂️ . One of my favorite pizzas around. Staff is always nice with quick service. The restaurant could use some freshening up but I look past that for the pizza.

This place was pretty good. The pizza was great, large sizes and not expensive! I got the boneless wings as an appetizer. But the lemon pepper flavor seemed a little too salty/greasy for my liking. But over a great experience. It’s more of a local restaurant, so don’t expect a large franchise feel. I will return!

Food was good. Not amazing. I will have to update after eating their pizza. I had the chicken parmesan which was ok. Their garlic knots are good. The best thing about the place is the food portion and pricing.

It has been years since we’ve been here, not because it’s bad, just so many other choices. So glad we decided to get a decent pizza today (not one of those cheap $5 ones)… OMG… So good!! Generous, fresh toppings. The garlic knots and the sauce are so soft and tasty. Friday night dinner hour and it only took 20mins. Will be back soon!

Good food, they said it would only be a 20 minute wait but it ended up being 30 minutes. The wings were really big and tasted good and the barbecue chicken pizza was also pretty good

Stuffed pizza was great! Their pizza sauce is delicious. Stromboli was also fantastic. Chicken tenders weren’t bad at all. And all at really good prices. We will definitely be back!

Wings.Are.Everything! Now, if you’re into the weeny wings that could potentially be some other bird, you’ll probably not like these delicious, crispy-outside-juicy-inside Jumbo wings… Also: Calzone will give you a happy food-baby and a great night’s rest! 4 stars for the high-priced wings when the rest of the area has already reduced prices…
