10/10 Something that’s sets Rudy’s apart from other icecream shops I’ve been to is their service with a smile! They have a drive thru window where you can take your snacks and enjoy them on the go! There are also tables you can sit at with your family/friends! Hope you enjoy!!

As much as my wife and I would have loved to taste the ice cream, we never got a chance because the worker was clearly sick with a cold and was coughing the whole time she prepared it, touching spoons, cups, ingredients, etc. We ended up literally throwing what we ordered in the trash as soon as we pulled out.

Quality has really fallen off. Ice cream is still good like always. The sizes of things are different every time I go in even though i’m ordered the same thing. There is inconsistent sauce amounts on sundaes. Tonight, the last straw was the difference in the tastes of the chocolate milkshakes from one visit to the next. It’s not good when you can see the old prices faded with the new over while the quality goes down. New ice cream place in walbridge might be worth dealing with the trains. Big family.

It’s okay- I would say 7 out of 10 times they’ll have our order right. The brownie in their hot fudge sundae has a weird after taste. Their cyclones are more like a McDonald’s McFlurry their toppings don’t even go all the way down to the bottom… yep that’s 1/3 of toppings and I also asked for cookie dough as well (and as you can see, there’s no cookie dough here) but hey at least their ice-cream machine isn’t always broken….

The sundaes and drinks are always good here. Tried the vanilla and chocolate sundaes with hot fudge, added cream and sprinklers. All were awesome.

THEFT, THEFT, THEFT. Charged my gf for someone else’s order an refused to give money back asap. She now has to wait 3 days to recover funds back because of their mistake. The order was for $75. Imagine working a job where you make under 20 an hour with no OT an a business charging you for someone else’s order. And then refusing to refund that immediately. Criminal business.

I won’t mark off for it, as I guess not everybody has the same tastes, but not all relish is the same. I feel like it would be a good idea if you are serving sweet or bad and butter relish to say so either on the menu, or when asked for relish, as I was expecting Dill relish on a bratwurst. It didn’t detract too much from the brat to have sweet relish, but I honestly can’t stand the stuff typically. I would be tickled to see you carry both kinds of relish and ask for preference, but not expecting a menu change based on preferences of one review.

A little hidden gem, super yummy, tons of different things to choose from! I thought the soft serve was some of the best I’ve had in a long time and the buckeye sundae was perfect too. Really good portion sizes for the price! Will definitely be back & recommend!!
