Brisket, ribs & sides served up cafeteria-style in a no-frills setting with indoor picnic tables.

This place is such a vibe! The food was good! My favorite were the brisket, the pull pork, and the sausages! The ribs were a little tough and not fall off the bones! The potatoes salad was perfect, not too creamy! The three bean salad was surprisingly good as well!!! I love their sides bar, soo many to choose from and it really adds to the experience. Customer service was good, place was clean and spacious!!!

Rudy’s BBQ in Frisco is truly a hidden gem—gas station BBQ at its absolute best. Whether I’m stopping in early in the morning or grabbing something quick later in the day, this place never disappoints. One of my favorite things to get is their brisket breakfast taco. The brisket is always tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoky, and they wrap it up in a warm tortilla that hits the spot every single time.
What really sets this Rudy’s location apart is how fast and efficient they are. Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly, and you’re never waiting more than a few minutes. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which makes it an easy go-to when I want something delicious without spending a ton.
The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a classic Texas BBQ joint—laid-back, friendly, and welcoming. Their iced tea is some of the best around, always fresh and perfectly brewed. And the fixings bar is great for customizing everything just the way you like it. I’m also a huge fan of their BBQ sauce; it has that perfect balance of tangy and slightly sweet that pairs amazing with their meats.
All around, this Rudy’s is a fantastic spot for quick, quality BBQ. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it’s absolutely worth a stop.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Rudy’s! We placed a large order for our New Year’s Eve party, and while there was a slight mix-up and the order wasn’t quite right, the way they handled it was world-class.
The Assistant General Manager, Eric Clark, stepped in and completely saved the night. Not only did he fix the order immediately, but he personally delivered the items to our home to make sure our party didn’t miss a beat. In a time where “customer service” often feels like a thing of the past, Eric went above and beyond to make things right.
It’s one thing to have great BBQ (which they do!), but it’s the leadership and care shown by people like Eric that keep us coming back. Huge thank you to Rudy’s for looking out for us and helping make our NYE a success!

After the response from management a. Few months ago I gave them another chance. 100% Zero change! In fact there is less everythinftin the tacos now ! Remember when Rudy’s used to have the best breakfast tacos in town. Full of fluffy egg and big chunks of smoked meats overflowing out of the tortillas! Well like every restaurant they’ve decided to ruin that and get cheap on ingredients, and now they dice the meat and of course use hardly any of it to the point you can barely taste it and maybe a 1/4 of an egg in each. I have given it 3 visits of a few months to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. But nope! I guess that’s also why there is no more line of course waiting in the drive thru for them to open . Anymore. So sad. Gotta find a new place for breakfast tacos.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch last Saturday and absolutely loved it. We had the rotisserie chicken and turkey breast, paired with a cold beer — a perfect combination! Great flavors, casual vibe, and a true taste of Texas barbecue. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here. Brought my gf from Chicago. Everyone was very nice. I had the pulled pork bakes potatoe. It was a nice size. Everything was delicious. The only issue I had was the pulled pork was a little dry but some sissy sause fixed it right up. Also the prices are great too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review
I ordered the brisket, turkey, and ham along with the coleslaw and Rudy’s beans. Everything was good, but the ham was truly outstanding — tender, flavorful, and definitely something I would highly recommend.
The customer service was exceptional. Bevie at the Dallas Tollway location took such great care of me. She explained the choices, shared helpful recommendations, and made sure I felt confident about what I ordered. Her kindness and knowledge made the whole experience even better.
I will definitely be back. Great food and great service!

A charming kitchy over the top barbecue joint and Country Store. We had lunch with a few work colleagues and everybody enjoyed their food. The brisket sandwich was large in filling and perfectly fatty and Smokey the coleslaw had big chunks of crisp cabbage and the dressing was slightly sweet and vinegary and absolutely a perfect side to the sandwich.

I love Rudy’s! Every chance I get to stop and get some grub, I do. But I have to say, Carol-Lynn at the Frisco location, provided me with the most awesome service I’ve experienced! Now, I’ve never had a bad time but honestly, I’d come here just to interact with her. I had her write her name on my to-go bag so I could leave this review and highlight her specifically (is there a K at the end?) but everyone was friendly too.
