I called last minute on Monday for a Wednesday catered event for 20 people. They said they could meet all of my demands. Everything is expensive on race day but this food was worth every penny. The food is exactly the same at the full restaurant. This is a great addition to the upgraded track and race experience. The only thing missing were the Rudy’s sauces, but even without the sandwiches were top notch.
