The food looked mouthwatering, and the beans came through. Beyond that? Not much to brag about. The flavors cater to local taste buds and are not authentic Mexican by any stretch. The meat had no flavor, and the salsa tasted like spicy ketchup. The burrito? It was a tortilla covered in cheese with flavorless beef inside and nothing else. Our server gave a solid effort but was stretched thin. Will not return. Thank you.

The staff needs much better training. The food is just ok. They have no idea what the word sanitary means.
All the chips are in a big tub with the baskets and bottles of salsa which get put on the tables and handled by everyone. The waitress brought out the plates with 1 of them stacked on top of the other which was just sitting on the counter by the kitchen.
It surprises me that they bring out every plate at a burning hot temperature. You can’t touch your own plate for about 10 minutes. That seems like a big liability to me.
The 2 waitresses do not have the proper training to know how to handle more than like 6 customers in the building.

Their “SPECIAL ” was 2 tacos for $9.00. If it was a real special it should have come with rice and beans , right ? No. The sign said pop and tea included. Nope . Got charged $9.00 for 3 pops. I mentioned it and she blamed it on the people who were sitting across the isle from us. Then she brings me $6.00 back. I said I was charged for 3 pops. She says no. So $45.00 for 8 tacos and 3 pops. Insanely expensive for what you will actually get. Very disappointed.

When I arrived, I had to ask if we seat ourselves after staff walked passed multiple times. They said yes and sat myself, waitress walked by multiple times about 10 minutes even after I got my own menu. Waitress didn’t seem very friendly. Took my order and still waited almost 30 minutes and no food, no napkins and no silverware. I watched one waiter have the same gloves on while touching computer screen, bussing tables and taking food from the kitchen to customers. I paid for my drink and told the waitress I was leaving. I asked if they had a manager working and she said there is no manager working and snapped back with your food was just about to come out. I then explained the issue of cross contamination and service. On my way out she decided to stop at another employee and complain about what I said. Upon leaving I walked out the back door entrance and noticed the dumpster fire called their kitchen. Food everywhere, employees standing around, not swept or mopped. Couldn’t distinguish between what was a plate going out to the customer and a plate that just got bussed.Thankfully I didn’t stay to eat.

We started eating here for lunch a couple of months ago. It was very good. They have new waitresses all of the time. Now the last two times the burrito hamburger has no flavor. Last time they were very short staffed and the help was bickering between themselves. Hope all gets better there again.

Husband and I went for lunch today (Saturday). We sat down and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to even come to our table. She was playing with the stereo for about 10 minutes and didn’t even come out of the kitchen until 10 minutes after we sat down. She finally brought us chips which were stale and we ordered our drinks, Diet Coke for me, tea for Husband. Brought us two teas. There were only 7 people plus us there. Waitress was not friendly at all. We got up and left and went somewhere else to eat. So sad, used to be one of our favorite places to eat. I would give it a 0 if I could.

Our server was incredibly annoyed to have to be at work that day, the food was trash, and I’m grateful that now we know so we will never go back again. This isn’t even whitewashed, this is an insult to whitewashed Mexican food.
