I’ve never been to this restaurant before. I have been to the previous locations in Cary and RTP. The only bad thing about my experience here today was that the bread is so much narrower. The grinder used to be 4 inches wide, and now the bread is barely an inch and a half. Also, when you tell the waitress, “I’m allergic to pickles, don’t put them on the plate,” please don’t bring pickles with my food. The place was obviously undergoing renovation. It was very pleasant and quiet. The bar looks like a very friendly place. You could tell they were locals there for lunch. They still had a little construction going on on the left-hand side of the restaurant. The right-hand side was not your typical sports bar. It was a warm and inviting environment. The waitress/bartender was just fantastic. She wasn’t trying to get tips based on her looks or how hot her clothing was. She was there to do her job, and she did it very well. I would highly recommend this place, and I will probably go back there and get something different from the grinder since corporate has cheapened the width of the bread. But the food was still very tasty, and the service was really awesome.

We stopped in here because we had never been before, we didn’t go for the bar because we didn’t even know they had one, we went just to get something to eat and boy oh boy what a joke! I honestly have never seen food so horrid in my life, I got chicken parm which was a round 6” tin pan with spaghetti in the bottom topped with melted cheese and crispy hard over baked chicken nuggets stuck in the cheese , the garlic bread was thin tiny cut pieces like a piece of white bread, I’m serious don’t go here for food, the atmosphere was cold, dingy and loud, the employees looked like they had been picked up by the roadside. Not trying to be rude but tryin to be honest, over 30.00 our food and my spouse got baked spaghetti which was in same little tin just spaghetti topped with a clump of cheese, no meat or anything,

Super chill little bar, great for watching all of the games! They have a pretty decent liquor selection. They normally run specials on beers. The food is great! I hate greasy pizza, theirs is not! I know each day throughout the week they run deals on their pizzas !! I typically order and eat in the bar area which is served by the bartender. That means sometimes long waits between things, they are accommodating if you walk up to the bar if you need anything! I haven’t sat out in their dining area in a while. The dining area is kid friendly ! They do have outdoors seating and TVs. If you haven’t checked it out, I do recommend!! Seems to always be drama free when we have gone!

This was a take out order and all the food is in the trash. Just watching the kids prepare the food was unsanitary. This place makes me sick. Waste of money, time, gas. Whoever owns this place should just close the kitchen. The chicken tasted BAD. The burger wasn’t even touched after looking at it.

When a customer buys food and its so bad that all the food is thrown into the trash, the company should automatically give the money back. It just shows this place DOES NOT CARE. My husband and I went to Rudino’s in Knightdale for a late dinner, and the waitress/hostess wearing the Bills ball cap was absolutely AMAZING! Her personality, customer service skills, and overall attitude were nothing short of perfect. She was welcoming, attentive, and truly made our night a special one.
She definitely deserves a RAISE, Rudino’s! Employees like her are what keep customers coming back.

The staff didn’t smile. The TV was extremely loud for the small amount of people in there. We got to go boxes and one had sauce on the outside of the box. The entrance to the parking lot was hard to see at night and in the rain. The food was really good and hot.

I had a pick up order that was about $50 total (2 large pizzas and boneless chicken wings) and the amount of chicken I received was a comically small amount for $15. I called them to ask if there was something missing with my order or if there was something that could be done to remedy this and they were initially nice about explaining this to me but became a bit rude after I explained how disappointed I was with my order.
I understand this was not the doing of the store workers, but at least trying to provide decent customer service or giving a small discount for the next order would have been nice. The staff here (seems to be a bunch of teenagers/ young adults) are quite rude and don’t communicate with customers very well.
I definitely do not recommend coming here for wings (given that you pay $15 for “8oz” of boneless chicken) and the pizza itself is truly just okay.

Never been here before, knew that had good food. I took my wife and 11yo. Very interesting atmosphere. Was a bar atmosphere. Seemed to be a lot of regulars even had a patron take our drink order. The waitress was tending bar and covering the whole room. She needed help. There were a few shady characters, but didn’t bother me. The bathrooms could use some help, but hey it is a bar atmosphere. I enjoyed the food. I had the Sicilian was very good. I was not disappointed. I did not take much from the score because it is a bar atmosphere.

The workers were nice enough, but the food took a long time to get and wasn’t all that great. The pizza was bland and there was not a significant amount of good meat on the wings. The best part of the experience was the fountain drink (although someone had spilled liquid in the straw holder and all the bottoms of the straws had a moist wrapper).

Whatever you do, do NOT eat in. Arrived at 6pm waited AN HOUR (59 minutes) for all food to come out, while probably 50 online and call in orders were taken and prepared. Appetizer came after 46 minutes. Chicken parm is spaghetti with previously frozen chicken fingers and shredded mozzarella put through broiler. Far too long to wait for mediocrity.
