First things first, the customer service was on point. Good Atmosphere music playing in the background and videos showing. Empanadas and chicken wings in the warmer, an important and local beverages in the refrigerator. They also have banana pudding. We got the large jerk chicken plate, and it is the best we’ve had in many years. I really look forward to trying out everything else on their menu. They had a steady flow of traffic the whole time we were there. This is going to be a really good spot for the community, especially because nobody else has these flavors anywhere close by. Don’t forget to buy some extra jerk sauce

Rude Jerk Kitchen is a must-try spot in Perris for anyone craving bold Caribbean flavors. The food is flavorful, well-prepared, and hearty. Between the smoky jerk chicken, tender oxtails, and carefully seasoned sides, it delivers a satisfying, authentic Jamaican experience — without having to leave Inland Empire. The strong community praise, consistent 5-star reviews, and repeat customers suggest this place isn’t just a flash in the pan. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or ordering in, it’s a highly recommended choice.

Authentic Jamaican flavors — from the grill to the spices, it feels real and homey.Outstanding oxtail and jerk chicken — two items that people return for.Friendly, caring staff service is often described as “10/10.” Good variety — meat dishes, seafood, sides, soups, and even vegetarian-friendly sides like cabbage.

I tried Rude Jerk Kitchen, and everything was delicious. It was my first time trying Jamaican food, and all I can say is- I’ve been missing out. Even as a vegetarian, the staff members were very accommodating, and the food was satisfying and filling. I had rice with peas, yams, fried plantains and steamed veggies/greens (cabbage and peppers). The cabbage and peppers were seriously the best steamed vegetables I’ve ever had, and the yams were seasoned and cooked to perfection. My daughter had the oxtail and jerk chicken and said they were both delicious. If you love ginger beer, I recommend trying their Jamaican ginger beer; it’s got the perfect ginger punch and tastes amazing. I’d love to return again next time I’m in the area. I’ll be craving their rice and veggies until then!

Super Delicious, highly recommend the Oxtails, very tender and flavorful, however, I have tried the Jerk Chicken and Brown Stew Chicken as well and they are very good too, meat patties are delicious nice and flaky/crispy/meaty. The first time I came they messed my order up and they corrected it right away, very good customer service. I highly recommend!
P.S
I took my photo after I already started eating, second time getting oxtails and they were just as delicious as the first time.

I’ve eaten here 2 times and although they forgot my items I still gave them a chance. This last time they sent me disgusting OLD overcooked chicken, the wrong patty, AGAIN! I ordered BEEF! Smh. soupy pasta and also forgot my second side with the jerk chicken. It was extremely spicy and inedible. You guys clearly don’t give a damn about your customers nor quality so I won’t be returning again.

We just had lunch here today and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We tried the jerk chicken with peas and rice, the Rasta pasta, and a chicken patty — and every single item was full of flavor.

I was a little nervous about the spice level because I’ve had Jamaican food before that was so spicy it upset my stomach. That was not the case here at all. The food had amazing flavor with just the right amount of heat — a slow, pleasant warmth on your lips and tongue that fades nicely without overwhelming the dish.

The chicken patty was flaky and perfectly baked, filled with incredible curry chicken that was rich and well-seasoned. The jerk chicken plate was a generous portion, and the chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The peas and rice were seasoned perfectly and very filling, and the Rasta pasta was cooked just right with a creamy, flavorful sauce.

The space was clean and nicely decorated but a bit small inside but since the sun hits the front, it got warm while we waited. That said, the staff were very friendly and working quickly to get orders out. I’d recommend calling ahead and picking up, as seating is limited to a small window counter that most people use while waiting. I hope they do really well so they can expand to a space with more seating.

We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the oxtails or goat next time!

Tell tell sign when the food is good is looking at people eating it in their cars when you pulling up. Placed a to go order for a large and medium Jerk chicken, chicken and Vegetable patties and banana pudding for dessert. This place didn’t disappoint. Thier portion is well packed and worth the spend.

Funfact: They were opened in September of 2025

First time trying Jamaican food and I didn’t regret it! I had the jerk chicken with greens and rice n peas; chicken was a bit cold I do have to knock it points for that but the flavor was great so that saved it, the greens and rice were nothing to rave about but paired nicely with the chicken. My friend had Oxtails with yams and rice n peas; the oxtails and yams were AMAZING!!! The meat just melts in your mouth like butter and the yams were so sweet I had no idea they could taste that delicious. The serving sizes were generous, will definitely be coming back to taste more of the menu and for the oxtails and yams. Hopefully the chicken is a bit hotter in the future.

DELICIOUS!!!

Oxtails gravy and rice taste scrumptious, and like they were made at home; on a Sunday too.

Cabbage a little spicy, but we’re delicious.

Stewed chicken was delicious also.

Definitely plan to go back.
