BBQ pit stop where natural & organic smoked meats are complemented by classic sides, beer & wine.

I didn’t realize this was more of a carry out resturant. Three tables inside and some outdoor seating. The food was pretty good they could use more non alcoholic drinks. Water lemonade, tea or coke. Had i done take out possibly 4.5⭐️. Restrooms are clean. Food came out quick and staff was nice. Order at Register and they bring the food out. I wasn’t sure if I should take up my own trash or not. We took it to the bus cart but felt like we shouldn’t ♂️ i may go back one day for take out.

If you’re anywhere near Easton and craving legit BBQ, Rude BBQ absolutely delivers.
I went with the BBQ sampler platter, which is the move if it’s your first time. The brisket was tender with a solid smoke ring, the ribs had that perfect pull-off-the-bone bite, and the sausage brought the right amount of snap and seasoning. Every protein held its own — no filler, no shortcuts.
The sides were just as strong. Creamy mac & cheese, classic potato salad, and crispy onion rings that didn’t feel greasy or heavy. Everything came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with intention.
To top it off, I grabbed a spiked coffee, which somehow worked incredibly well with the BBQ — bold, smooth, and a fun twist you don’t see everywhere.
Note: Not a lot of room to sit so don’t bring a big party (6plus) to dine in.

Wow! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Parking is tricky but worth it (there are a few spots in the front but I suggest parking on the street and walking the few feet to get there). Everything was fresh and came out fast. The Brussel sprouts were superb, crispy within an inch of life to perfection. My husband loved the smash burger. The fries were everything you’d want them to be (heads up you may want the cheese on the side if you get the rude fries b/c it’s a lot). You can sit outside, it’s very spacious and comfortable or indoors where the seating/arrangement is very well thought out. I had an adult version of a grill cheese sandwich, hit! Now to the part that really SLAPPED..the drink, I don’t know in the icy concoction was going on but I’ll tell you what the orange slushie drink was IT!! I could have just that one all day. Great comfort food, tremendous staff, amazing drinks, very chill. I should also note that they are an all the way Bourbon bar. If Bourbon is your thing, look no further. Home run Rude, home run!!!

Super friendly staff. Greeted us when we walked in, said goodbye on the way out. Food is really good. We had the Brisket melt and BBQ pork on gluten free bun. The meat was piled high and both sandwiches were excellent. Location is great with sidewalk seating. Very impressed!

First thing you will notice is how great the staff are! So patient and helpful. They offer 3 kinds of brisket: fatty, lean and 50/50. You can also pick dry ( no sauce) vs wet (with sauce). We like the brisket , ribs and the pulled pork the most. Flavorful and tender. Looking around the restaurant (offer both indoor and outdoor seating options) you will see trophies from BBQ competitions. Don’t forget to try the beans and rude nachos.
Another favorite is the onion rings. Talk about big CRUNCH factor!! The batter is seasoned and the onion itself is sweet. The crispyness of the outer layer+sweet soft inner of the onion makes a perfect combination. Just perfect.

Ordered the Sloppy Joe expecting a classic — messy, saucy, flavorful, and served on a proper bun. What I got was a bowl of dry pulled meat, decent fries, and no sandwich in sight.
The worst part? I was eventually brought one single slice of plain white bread, cut in half, served cold in a basket like it was supposed to make everything okay. Not a bun, not toasted, not even warmed — just half-hearted and half a slice short. That felt like the real insult.
Let’s be clear:
Meat – Smoky and tender, yes, but dry and nowhere near sloppy. No tomato-based sauce, no sweetness, no tang — none of the signature flavors.
Fries – Surprisingly good. Crispy, rustic, and satisfying.
Presentation – Uninspired. This wasn’t a sandwich. It was a pile of meat next to fries, with a sad slice of bread tossed in after the fact.
If you’re going to call it a Sloppy Joe, then commit to the concept — or give it a different name. This was a BBQ plate pretending to be something it’s not.
Would I go back? Maybe. But not for this.

BBQ is one of my all time favorite foods and RUDE BBQ checked all the boxes I was looking for. They have several meats available and sauces ranging from Carolina vinegar and mustard to a sweet BBQ and a hot BBQ. My wife got the nachos and I got the sampler with some sides. Everything was delicious and the swicy sauce mixed with the hot BBQ was my favorite. In addition to the great food, service was excellent; our server was very attentive and we never had a need that went unaddressed. They were also dog friendly on their patio area, which was great because we were traveling with our pup. The only downfall was there wasn’t a changing area in their restroom for us to change our 5 month old, but we made due. We will definitely be repeat customers despite the fact that it’s an hour and a half drive from our home.

Would be 5 stars but a bit pricey at $35 for the portion sizes and a Natty Boh. The brisket was tender but very fatty and the ribs were flavored well but they were not juicy at all. The coleslaw was excellent as were the onion rings. Overall it was decent BBQ but not for the price.

Excellent service and amazing food and drinks.
That are other BBQ spots out there that depend on sauces or sides to make up for a lack of quality smoked meat. Rude BBQ has 5-star smoked meat without the need to compensate. Did the somehow manage to still take this place to a next level BBQ establishment? Absolutely.
The adult drinks are borderline heaven and additional selection of quality sides and sandwiches are basically unheard of at the majority of BBQ establishments.
I can’t recommend Rude enough!

THE BEST BBQ! I get BBQ across the country as I travel, I was even at the BBQ World Championships this year. Rude BBQ has the best BBQ I have ever had. I’m a total sauce guy but this stuff was smoked so good you didn’t even need it, but the sauce was good too so I couldn’t pass it up. Great service and prices! Will go out of my way to go back!
