We paid 42 dollars for food we threw out. We asked for our food medium seasoned and what we got was so hott that I only ate three bites. My Sister could only eat the teriyakichicken because the rest of her plate was too hot also. It was some bright red seasoning and beyond hott. It was horrible and they messed up on charging us and were extremely rude about it and kept touching our food. It was a horrible experience and I went shopping hungry because I couldn’t eat my pad chicken. I’d never eat there again.

Very rude staff found bugs on my ice and you can see roaches on the counters. The pot where he cooks is very dirty. The place is just disgusting. The food was horrible dry it’s been sitting out you can tell. Will not be coming back.

The owners are very nice 🙂 Came here bc I love thai food and got the Pad Sew Noodles. SUCH A BIG PORTION, for $11!! This could probably last me 4 meals. It was very tasty, wish they made spicy versions, but I still enjoyed my meal!!

The mall location didn’t have any menu items and charged me 16 bucks at the mall for rice chicken and an egg roll. No prices for these non menu items are displayed but I know I can get over salted Americanized Chinese food that for half the price anywhere else.

This place has been me and my family’s go to place since I was just a a kid and it has always been my favorite. I’ve loved it forever and I’m so glad I came to the La Palmera and ate it again. I really hope that more people go and eat here the lo mein and fried rice are always my top picks same with the egg roll!

Tried this place since we tried Sarku across from them last time. It was really terrible. Looked good but did not taste good. We were there very early like when they opened and if I had to guess I’m going to say it was yesterday’s food. Never again $16 backdown the drain!

The food was ok. But the guy behind the counter was totally rude. He rushed us into getting food “do you want rice or not?” And there wasn’t even a line. He also dropped mt wifes spring rolls into the shrimp and proceeded to bag them anyways. She is highly allergic. We will not be going back here again. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you want to eat Asian food try one of the other places in LA Pamiera mall. They all suck. But this one’s the worst.

We passed by, my brother did not want the samples and they insulted him as he passed by. Called him a “tire” in Spanish thinking we don’t understand. Well we are fluent with parents from MX. Way to make the rest of us look bad.
