What a delightful experience we had at Ruby’s Shake Shop.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. Service beyond ordering was exceptional with our food coming out quickly after we ordered with constant follow up checkpoints.
The Burgers were excellent and much larger than I expected. The Cajun tater-tots were exploding with flavor and perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
I did not get to try a shake, I will have to go back and try one. This was a true 5 star experience that I will return to have again.

Wow !!! Ruby’s Shake Shop is by far the best burger place! From sunny California to the Nevada desert, it was our first time trying it and we loved it!!!

The food was OMG delicious! The food tasted extremely fresh and was cooked perfectly.
The Burgers are very tasty, juicy and big portions.
It’s nice to have a quality hamburger at a good price.
The fries were real homemade, freshly cut and cooked, and the sauce is a pure perfection- THE BEST I HAVE EVER TRIED!
The shakes are amazing too! Very thick, creamy and flavorful, topped with a fresh whipped cream.
Overall, we definitely recommend Ruby’s Shake Shop! Spectacular Restaurant quality burgers and shakes , excellent great service, and a really welcoming experience.

We got greeted right away when we walked. Customer service is excellent. Food quality is great. I ordered Hickory Burger with fries and I upgraded my drink to a coffee milkshake as combo. I will definitely go back soon.

Very welcoming upon entry, great choices. Everything we ordered was delicious! Nothing was greasy and everything has so much flavor! Onion rings are bomb & ranch is fire! Shakes are amazing, made with real ice cream! A tab bit pricy but definitely worth it!

Stopped by for lunch and Ruby’s did NOT disappoint! Delicious HUGE burgers and yummy tots! The cashier (young guy on Sun 11/30 around noon) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was our first time here. We will definitely be back!

It’s great seeing a Southern California institution open its doors in Vegas. It’s a scaled down version of the typical Ruby’s Diner, with a smaller streamlined menu. Great burgers, Nathan’s Hot Dogs, and their classic Shakes. The location is perfect as well. Walking distance from Green Valley Ranch Casino and the Village Walk shops and restaurants.

First time in and was really impressed by the food and the service. We tried the burger, chicken sandwich and hotdog and they were all great. The fries might have been the best part though. Alexis was really nice and helped us out as first timers and gave great service. Highly recommend.

New place to Henderson, soft opening was a blast! Food was delicious and choice of meat and freshness was out of this world! Chicken strips either in the sandwich or as ala carte are very sizable…
Prices are not bad, $8 for shakes, $10 for a cheeseburger (in the picture) and $15 for the combo.

Moment I walked in with my 6 year old daughter they greeted both me and my daughter with such happy positive energy and attitudes I just loved it. My daughter received student of the month at her elementary school and we came in to celebrate and they were so kind to my daughter. They went out of their way making her feel special coming in to get her treat. Plus this was my first time ever in a Ruby’s. I’m sure coming back here.
