I tried this place for the first time and got the “Ruby’s Signature Burger”. First of all let me say they have a super friendly staff and honestly the food wasn’t bad either. But $13 ($11.99 + tax) for a thin single patty burger with some onion rings on it with no sides or drink is kind of crazy. I can maybe recommend this place if you just get the basic burger and customize it yourself instead of the signature ones but I probably won’t come back unless one of my friends suggests this place or something.

Oh my gosh! Homemade root beer and haystack onion rings! We both had the Ruby’s Signature Burger and shared a half order of hand cut fries. Yum, yum, yum! Everything was delicious! Looking forward to trying my piece of homemade butterscotch cream pie when we get home!

MUST TRY Deliciousness in Tulsa. Queso Burger has incredible mix of flavor combinations. Fried mushrooms were large, perfectly breaded scrumptious mouthfuls. I tried their Peach Mango shake, pleasantly surprised that fruity pebbles were a perfect compliment. They were very busy yet the staff was on top of trying to take care of all customers. Will be a staple stop in my travels to Tulsa.

Great little gem my daughter and I found when we stopped at Ruby’s! I got the Hamburger sliders, she got Bacon Cheeseburger. We also got sides to share and take home to guys: Fried mushrooms, fries, and my absolute fav.. onion haystack!! We got full size order of haystack since we were taking some home to share and it’s a big order! You have option of ordering 1/2 orders too.
Our waiter Gabriel was THE BEST!! Not sure if he was only waiter, didn’t see another, but he was on top of everything and we never needed to ask for anything, except to-go boxes!! I asked to speak to manager to compliment Service, Food, etc. Her name is Mykah. She told me Ruby’s is family owned and they strive to insure quality food and service.
Definitely go try Ruby’s and support local Tulsa business.

Absolutely THE BEST Burger I’ve ever eaten! Smoked Jalapeño Burger for the win Note to self – bring a friend to split! So much flavor! One a kind and love at first bite! Homemade pies, root beer in frosty mugs, and so many different selections on the menu. My new favorite splurge! Next time, I’ll bring a friend and try the pie, thanks Ruby’s!

Ate there for the first time yesterday, and honestly, all other food just looks sad now. I got the queso burger with a side of fried green tomatoes, and my husband got the smoked jalapeño burger with haystack onions. We could not have been happier. I wish I’d gotten a picture before I pulled off one of the onion rings from my burger. It was quite the impressive sight! The people were so friendly, and we can’t wait to go back. So good!!

Great place to grab a burger! Hearty portions. Hubs and I decided to split the Mac and cheese burger, since we’d had it before and it was huge. We also split an order of tater tots. But we each got our own slice of pie. Made in house and fresh every day. They have a great selection, and they are literally made by scratch, in house.

We ate there the evening of Dec 27. We had the patty melt double with crispy fries and, the mushroom Swiss with half order of fried mushrooms. If you are not hungry don’t get a double burger. My patty melt was cooked perfect. My wife loved the mushroom Swiss. Greta little burger joint. We will be back when we are in The area.

Best burger I’ve had in a LONG time!! Even my 11yr old was left speechless (which is a rare occurrence #iykyk) She had DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger! I honestly didn’t think she’d eat it up, but she INHALED it! Literally did not stand a chance She topped it off with crispy fries AND a root beer float! Afterwards she stated if she got sick from being a big-back it would be totally worth it (she didn’t btw )

Came in and had a wonderful birthday lunch. One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in Tulsa although a bit salty. Asked to have my root beer float brought out with my burger I had to ask a second time cuz they forgot. I really wanted my appetizer my burger and my float all at the same time but they brought the fries early.
Really nice older lady that took care of us and made sure to fix things immediately It was the other server that messed up. Definitely want to go back and try their onion rings.
