Great bagels and the cream cheese is amazing. So glad I got a bagel place by me. I got 6 bagels, 2 Onion, Sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and 2 everything. I got the lox cream cheese and the garlic cream cheese. I will definitely be back, the service was amazing

Well we went in and the front counter was more concerned with counting his tips instead of taking our order then gives us the wrong bagel and loads it with way too much cream cheese….wont return there

I’ve been to another Ruby’s Bagels location before and had a great experience, so I decided to try this one — and I’m happy to say it lived up to my expectations. The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside with a nice chew, and toasted just right. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a flavored cream cheese, and both were really satisfying without feeling too heavy.
The staff here were welcoming and kept things moving at a good pace, even during a busier part of the morning. The place had a clean, relaxed feel that made it easy to sit and enjoy my food instead of feeling rushed out the door.
Still sticking with four stars because prices are a little higher than your average bagel stop, and a couple of menu items I wanted were already sold out. But honestly, that just tells me the popular stuff goes fast. Overall, it was another solid visit, and I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area and craving a quality bagel.

I’m form NY and it’s hard to find a good bagel down here in SC. I couldn’t recommend this place more!! Their bagels taste exactly like a NY bagel and they have great flavors! Pricing can be a little much if you want cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich, but it is good. Service is 10/10.

I know that for a lot of people a bagel is something that holds your cream cheese, but I love a bagel that is so good that you don’t even need the cream cheese! I recently moved here from Seattle and have been on the search for soft, well made bagels. I would definitely recommend this place. The service was superb, the place was clean, and the bagels are delicious. You cannot ask for more!

Food is great but the price advertised on the menu boards is different than the price that rings up on the register. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, they recognized price difference and said they just haven’t updated the menu boards. You shouldn’t be able to charge a price different than advertised- bagel combo cost $1.00+ more than advertised.

First Ruby’s Bagels experience.
It’s a very small location and seating is tight.
I tried the blueberry bagel, toasted, with plain cheese cheese. The top has cinnamon and sugar and it added a unique twist to the traditional blueberry bagel. I’ve never been to NY, so I cannot confirm or deny if the bagel is NY quality.
It’s a but pricey if you want a bagel with cream cheese. I would recommend the cashier ask how the guest wants their cream cheese because i don’t prefer a cream cheese sandwich unless I ask for it. If I return, I’ll be sure to ask for it to be on the side.
Overall my experience was pleasant.
