They’ve a bit of a captive market here but the service and food are both pretty good.
We were disappointed that they only provided a buffet breakfast option these days, on previous trips we really enjoyed the breakfasts here, it’s fairly reasonably priced though.
Evening food menu was wide enough to find something different for each our three nights stay and everything we ordered was tasty and well presented.
Definitely busy even in early February but you can’t book a table so wait times were up to 45 minutes when we were choosing to eat at between 7 and 8pm

We appreciated everything about it. The food and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was filling and included with the room.
I ordered the chicken fried steak and my partner had the brisket sandwich. Both were excellent. The fries were really crunchy and good considering they were thick fries. We recommend strongly, especially during the winter days.

They sat us quickly. Our server was polite and attentive. Food was delicious, and it came quickly. Salad bar was my favorite. It had so many options. Prices are great for all the food you get. Would eat there again and recommend for others to eat there.

Made a quick lunch stop at this place.
The service was prompt and the food was satisfactory.
We had black bean veggie sandwich and buffalo fried chicken sandwich, and got a side of cole slaw and mashed potatoes with it.
I would definitely recommend this place if visiting Bryce Canyon.

In Short: Great service, food came quick and was fine

First time in seemingly years that wait staff actually checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. The food was fine, did not stand out, but considering we came in during a blizzard it hit the spot as needed.

The waitresses and atmosphere were wonderful, but the “food” was a joke! I ordered the half chicken “with seasoning” and it literally reminded me of that episode of Ramsay, where a team literally just served someone a piece of duck or a plate. I could see the seasoning on the skin, but not taste it. The chicken was so dry. Not an ounce of sauce served with it. Fries had ZERO seasoning. I understood from the menu that the baked potatoes were supposed to be stuffed with bacon and sour cream. It was literally just bland potato. The sauce they use on the ribs is too much and too strong.
As it’s one of only two places to eat, they know people HAVE to come here, so there is no incentive to serve high quality food. $90 for such lousy food is just immoral.
The breakfast buffet was even worse! My dad got the runs from the watery eggs that they serve! The chefs should all be fired!

We had dinner at Ruby’s Inn Cowboy’s Buffet & Steak Room. My wife and daughter ordered the Country Fried Steak, but unfortunately, they didn’t enjoy it — the gravy lacked flavor, and the breading and fried taste overpowered the meat itself. My son and I had the Flat Iron Steak, which was perfectly cooked. My son loved it; for me, it was good but not outstanding. We paired it with a red Merlot, which was quite nice. The salad bar was fresh and enjoyable. The restaurant has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, but we were seated in a corner with less attentive service, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience.

Lovely place with western athmosphear,a bit outdated rooms, amazing buffet- pulled pork was the best! Unfortunatelly I was sold a room with lake view- it appeared there was no lake – dried one cos of” seasonality”… beautiful woods around the hotel.

I did not expect food at the national park to be this good. Service was great, prices more then reasonable, portions are huge and flavors are just exceptional. Get the Minnie’s 5 Fruit Pie! It’s fenominal

We used a breakfast voucher for the buffet, and while the staff was friendly, I was a little disappointed in the variety. There were scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, biscuits and gravy, some yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and a bit of fruit. I was hoping for more vegetarian options.

For dinner, we tried the buffet again, and it was much better. The salad bar alone is amazing—very fresh, with lots of ways to customize your meal. The cooked foods were mostly mediocre, though the salmon was tasty. Overall, breakfast could use more variety, but the dinner buffet, especially the salad bar, makes it worth a visit.
