Good lord. Ruby’s is delicious. Decided to come here on a Thursday after seeing them on the Tok. I had eggs Benedict, which is on a croissant! I’m tired of English muffins. My friend had a turkey burger and we both had the smashed potatoes. We also spit a cinnamon roll. DO not pass go and try one if you come here. Ugh.
I also brought home a dulce de leche muffin and a cinnamon roll. Both also with croissant pastry, so light but so tastyyyyy.
Definitely coming back here .

The first visit was a 10/10! We went in the morning, outdoor seating when there wasn’t a rush and everything turned out perfect! The food was good and the service was amazing!
The second visit was busier, and was indoor seating. The service was very busy. My husband’s drink sat at the bar for about 15mins. And the food just didn’t recieve the same love as the first visit. My suggestion would be to go when it’s less busy.
Also, on the weekends make sure you make a reservation.

Went with my daughter and sat at the bar this past Sunday. Seeing the absolutely stunning pastries as we walked in, we couldn’t resist and ordered the strawberry croissant and it was absolute perfection. The atmosphere was bright and lovely. I felt like I was at a hidden gem in a big city, not a restaurant in Park Hill. There was a DJ playing and the music totally created a fun vibe. We also tried the carrot juice and coffee. The juice was so fresh and tasty (I am not usually a fan of carrot but the flavor was balanced with a nice mix of ginger and orange). The house drip coffee was so good and pared nicely with the croissant. I had a hard time deciding on a main dish as they had so many options (a nice change for me because I don’t eat pork or red meat). I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict and it was probably the best I have ever had and the mixed greens on the side with the tahini dressing was a perfect complement. I hope that this place continues, it is such a treat and I look forward to coming back and trying the Mushroom Banh Mi and other fun options.

On a quick business trip to Denver, I wanted to experience a new breakfast destination. I was extremely impressed and very satisfied when scrolling through restaurants and I came across Ruby’s Good Shoes!! The staff was very friendly and well put together. The menu presentation was well laid out with nice options. I had purchased a Chai Tea and the most delicious strawberry croissant!! Both were absolutely amazing, they had a variety of other croissant options. If you and the family are looking for somewhere with good, great, gorgeous food and a wonderful environment to enjoy a breakfast, brunch or lunch this would definitely be one to add to the list!

This spot is immaculate in food and vibes! It’s absolutely bustling for good reason. Our server Jonathon was incredibly kind and communicative. We ordered 2 specials – the dragon fruit pancakes and pozole. The pancakes besides being so eye-popping, were also bursting with flavor, and super fluffy! The pozole had a rich broth, brimming with slow cooked pork and served with lots of fresh toppings. My fiancé also ordered the croissant bfast sandwich and the chorizo patty and potatoes blew him away! The croissant is also made in-house by La Croissanterie – you have to grab some pastries before you leave! I don’t know what magic they are working here but it’s honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time! We will be back!

Dropped in for brunch and the warm welcome set the tone for a great experience. Jonathan took care of us with suggestions and attentive service. Smoked salmon atop a latke with perfect eggs + lemon ricotta pancakes and berry compote were delicious! Comfortable, stylish and local: What a treat!

I was so excited to try this brunch spot but ended up just feeling frustrated and like an inconvenience.
We had a reservation at 12:15, but did not see a waiter until 12:45. The restaurant did not have enough water glasses, so we waited an hour to get water. We had to ask multiple times for the drinks we ordered.
The kitchen was backed up, so our meals took nearly an hour and a half to come out.
The food itself was good enough, but a bit dry. The croissant was the star of the dish.
Multiple guests shared our frustrations and I noticed a few tables asking to speak to the manager or helping themselves to things like to-go boxes and utensils when their request wasn’t fulfilled.
Overall, sadly not worth the hype. I would recommend a different spot in Denver for brunch. The management here may be the restaurant’s undoing.

Ruby’s Good Shoes Coffee is a fantastic new addition to the Denver café scene! This brand-new business has created a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like a true neighborhood gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced, hearty, and satisfying. Do yourself a favor and get it with the green chili sauce—it adds the perfect kick and elevates the whole dish.
If you’re looking for a wonderful breakfast spot in Denver with great coffee, amazing food, and a vibrant local vibe, Ruby’s Good Shoes Coffee is a must-visit. Five stars without hesitation!

The food here is absolutely fantastic, and the menu selection is incredible. It’s easily one of the best brunch menus in Denver. I’ve seen a few reviews mention the service being a work in progress, but that’s no reason to skip this place or rate it lower. It’s a true gem, and I really want to see it thrive.
What makes it stand out even more is the juice selection. Finally, a brunch spot with proper green juice, carrot juice, and other fresh options without added sugar. The menu is so unique that I already have a list of five more dishes I can’t wait to come back and try.
