I always feel welcomed when I stop by Ruby’s on my morning commute to work! 🙂 Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lotus drinks + sweet treats!
I especially am thankful for Brooke’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness for adjusting menu items and keeping the menu fresh and updated! I have dietary restrictions that keep me from having dairy and Brooke made sure to look into adding vegan breakfast options to add to the menu! I am so thankful for her dedication to ensuring all her customers have a wide array of options to choose from when stopping by Ruby’s! ❤️

The best Snickerdoodle cookies in town & they are VEGAN and you wouldn’t know it. My go to is a 16oz mocha with whip. Normal I just have the 2 shots that are included in the price but even when I add a third shot it’s good to the last drop ❣️

Ruby Espresso is hands down one of my favorite places to grab coffee. It’s a little stand, but don’t let the size fool you—the drinks are amazing every time. On my way out of snohomish on the way to work I can’t find a way to not pass it up and grab something.
The baristas are always super friendly and quick, even when there’s a line. You can tell they care about making a good cup, and it shows.
Whether I’m in the mood for something strong and simple or a fun iced drink, they’ve got it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Ruby’s is close to home and they have good coffee. There’s a couple things I would change. 1. They are not allowed to have a blender on the premises because they don’t have a sink inside. It’s not their fault and I get that but that means they can’t do a blended drink.
2.It is nestled behind a Kushery (with, it has to be said, its horrifically painted building…it is not the cute little corner store I used to frequent anymore… I’m sorry but it sticks out like a sore thumb in this idealic little country area. It’s an eyesore.)
Ruby’s, on the other hand, is cute and fits its surroundings. The baristas are lovely, affable, to make a darn good cup of coffee. The five star rating is based purely on that
