The food was very good. The service was not friendly and good . The waitress did not give us plates for our appetizer . I had to ask her for them. I had to ask for a fork. She pointed to the fork used for the appetizer. I asked for a new one, she seen us leaving and didn’t say thank you. I am handicap and she didn’t even open the door. She really needs to be trained.

Had a wonder experience. Food was fresh , hot, and good. Order a shrimp basket and fries. Thought shrimp was gonna be tiny. They were large and very fresh. My hush puppies were busin too. Service was quick. Recommended

The atmosphere and decorations was perfect, really enjoyable place to be at. The food was amazing as well. The shrimp I ordered was the freshest I ever had, crispy and crunchy and paired perfect with the house signature flavoring. The fried food is crispy and great as well. A great place to come and eat with family.

Love it! I went with my family to try out this newly open seafood Cajun restaurant just 15 minutes away from my house and I absolutely love it! Everything from seafood to crispy chicken tenders and Cajun fries that my family and I ordered are so delicious, tasty, and fresh! In addition, the service are great and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very warming. Lastly, I’m surprised that they serve liquors which goes well with the seafood that I ordered! Totally recommend this place!

We were nervous when we first sat down and there were so many empty seats and no acknowledgement (decorations, music, etc…) of Mardi Gras in the place.
Nor were there hurricanes on the menu and they were out of etouffe.
But, the food was surprisingly good! I think they have a template that they stick to and it works. It was really good and the drinks were tasty. The service was very prompt and attentive – thank you, YUN!!!
It certainly more than sufficed for Mardi Gras dinner and we’d definitely go back!!

1st visit: Fantastic! It’s hard to get perfectly done fried catfish if you’re not in the south. I was unbelievably impressed! This will be a regular stop each time my family comes for a visit.
2nd visit: Just as amazing as the first time! Hot, crisp, fresh, seasoned to perfection! Can’t wait to go again! Delicious!

Nice portions of food for the price, clean, quiet, lots of seating and in a very convenient area in the mall. There’s not a lot of staff here and not very attentive to customes. The service was quick, the food was hot BUT, I do have one concern about the condiments being outdated…expired. I just read another review from another guest that had the same experience that I had. The staff definitely does need to express more interest to their guests.

This was my first time getting food from Ruby’s Cajun Seafood Boil & Bar and everything was really good.
I got the Create Your Own Seafood Boil and my choices were: 1/2lb snow crab legs, 1/2lb headless shrimp, 1/2lb scallops, and a add-on of broccoli all with butter and ruby house blend seasonings.
There was a good portion of about everything except the scallops, definitely didn’t look like 1/2lb worth but the were delicious.
I would try food from here again, but next time I will dine-in.

My Fiancé & I Both Created Our Own. I Got 1/2lbs Headless Shrimp & 1/2lbs Snow Crab Legs With The Ruby House Sauce Spice Level Burning. My Fiancé Pretty Much Got The Same Thing But He Added Added 1/2lbs Of Crawfish & His Spice Level Was Medium. We Ordered Fried Oysters For Our Appetizer.
Overall Everything Was Good. However, I Feel Mine Could Have Been More Spicy & Flavorful. I Loved The Ambiance & I’m Really Happy To Find A Nice Clean Seafood Boil Place That Is Spacious & Not In The City. They Even Offer Alcoholic Beverages. We Will Definitely Be Back.
