The food is usually good and the salad bar is always well stocked and delicious. Had a DoorDash order , I was very disappointed with the steak. It was undercooked and was not seasoned.

Wife has salad bar and pickle appetizers they were fantastic. I had the mushroom swiss smashburger I upgraded onion rings the burger itself was pretty good the onion rings were not I would suggest just staying with the fries. Menu is amazing though if you have a bunch of people you can come here and find something for everybody to eat

Salad bar was fresh and good. How are the croutons crispy and soft at the same time? Food was ok. Mine has way way ti much cheese, but I should if known a5 cheese sandwich would be. Cheese or weighted protein 4 to 1.

My wife and I were so impressed with the food, service, and prices at Ruby Tuesday in Las Cruces, NM, that we wanted to return there again since we were in Las Cruces again.
We were not disappointed tonight as everything was just as good as last time!
I would highly recommend Ruby Tuesday to anyone who enjoys great food, service , atmosphere and great prices as we do.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because on the salad bar, they don’t keep the lettuce bowl full. I watched and it was actually about 15 mins before they checked it- then brought out more. And, they don’t put many soup bowls out at a time, so ran out of those too. This was at around 1:30. Suggestion – maybe get a larger bowl! Other than that, the food was delicious!

5 Stars – Service and Atmosphere: Bartender Emily was great. Atmosphere was nice – lots of tvs, sports, etc. Drinks were good.
0 Stars – Food: Appetizer Trio – Chicken tenders tasted frozen, dried out, more crunchy hard batter than chicken. Boneless wings original sauce – again tasted frozen and dried out, not much flavor. Cheeseburger sliders – small patty and half a piece of cheese, no flavor, a couple slivers of shredded lettuce and one small piece of onion. LOL.
Overall will come back for drinks and atmosphere – maybe try a burger but not enthused about the food.

We ended up at RT on thanksgiving due to another restaurant’s inability to post that they would be serving their one plate 38.99$ turkey dinner ONLY-no other options. (It wasn’t worth that in the least and didn’t look that good) In case you were wondering, there was no Michelin Star chef in the kitchen.It was the same old crap I could have made at home. Anyway-we ended up at RT and I’m so grateful that we did. Of course the main menu was turkey but they had some alternatives for those of us who don’t like turkey. We got steaks and initially they were a little undercooked. The waitress was informed and immediately assured us it would be fixed. I watched her made a B line for the manager. He said he’d get it corrected and offered his apologies. The waitress then came back and offered us a free trip to the salad bar a discount on our bill. We were given brand new steaks which the manager himself cooked and they were perfect. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy when we left and we absolutely were! I can’t think of another time that I’ve had exceptional service at a restaurant. I was never a huge fan of RT, to be honest. Nothing against them-the food is usually good but I just lean towards local spots-but I definitely a fan now. The food was great, the drinks were good and strong and the service was impeccable. Their genuine concern that we were pleased was not something I have encountered-restaurant or otherwise. I will absolutely be back and I want to thank those who took care of us…. You can’t imagine what we were personally dealing with that day but you made it a better day, just by being nice. You are appreciated so much! Thank you!

Cumin, cumin, cumin – Yuck. We ordered and picked up the boneless hotwings and the steak ramen and both had WAY too much cumin again. Last time we had steaks and they were super cumin heavy and we thought it was a one time mishap in the kitchen. If you like extra EXTRA cumin, this is your place. If not, steer clear. My house still smells like cumin the next day since we brought the food home with us.

We really enjoyed the salad bar at this newly remodeled restaurant. Everything was fresh and lots of variety, including a hot soup. Our server was attentive and friendly and the ambiance was very comfortable. It seems to be a popular restaurant, divided into the dining section and the bar. It’s located next to Sam’s Club, on an easily accessed commercial business road. Lots of parking.
