The service was OK. The food presentation was beautiful and delicious! I enjoyed the Bourbon Teriyaki Chicken with a side of Rice Pilaf and a trip to the salad bar–all of which was pretty good. The restaurant wasn’t very clean inside though, so I feel like management doesn’t make that a priority.

Our dining experience here was horrible. Cold food, wrong drinks, overcooked and rock hard onion rings, shriveled up piece of lemon in the bottom of my dish under my food, our appetizer didn’t come out until we got our check at the end, even after we reminded our scatter brained waitress twice! We went there for our anniversary dinner and threw out $68 for crappy food and horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money here. I would have been happier with Subway. So angry about this.

My husband and i stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer. We had never been there before but were both in the area. We were greeted immediately by a cute friendly hostess, sadie. We asked to be seated at the bar and she sat us in the bar at a comfy booth. Are server was prompt the table with menus and asked for a drink order. I just wanted water and my husband a beer with lemon wedges. Drinks came immediately with a whole side dish of lemon wedges! We ordered a sampler platter and it also came out in a timely manner. Everything on the plate was delicious! We ate it all! Everyone was so friendly and my husband said the salad bar looked FANTASTIC….we will definitely be back!

I eat here maybe twice a month and have always found the service good, and the food good too. I think the steaks are quite good for the price point compared to other restaurants I’ve eaten at. They do have an allergy menu and I’ve always felt very comfortable eating there, so I can recommend it as a good, safe place to eat if you have allergies.

Service is great. Kellie was extremely nice, but the food is pretty mediocre. My friend didn’t get the toppings to her burger like she requested and the Thai Phoon Shrimp is a pitiful excuse for a meal.

If you are looking for a boring and depressing restaurant that needs some major remodeling because it feels like back to the past; no draft beer and the server bring you the bottle beer inside the mug, then come here!
Despite that the rest. was empty, place was dirty, food in empty tables and 3 lazy employees just hanging @the host stand. Not to forget the nasty restroom.
Server brought our burgers without silverware or napkins, and the when clearing the table she said “let me take all this crap out of your way!
This doesn’t feel like a Ruby Tuesday at all! Although the burgers weren’t bad, you can be sure won’t come back Nor recommend it to Anyone!

Horrible experience, first off they sit us at the bar and I told them a booth, while the bar was a tall table. Then they got my wife’s order wrong ( I figured that was going to happen because the waitress didn’t write it down) so here I am with my food as it is getting cold, while she waits for 20 minutes for her food. Then i’m not a man who leaves the 10% tip, i tip on how well things go and when the waitress looked at my tip, she gave me a scowled look and didn’t even refill my drink after that when we had a free dessert. Never go there, just drive the 20 minutes down to Salt Lake for better food.

The food is alright, just what you’d expect from a chain restaurant. Every time we have gone, the service has been great though. They always seat us right away and the servers are always kind.

NOT IMPRESSED. Burgers were frozen on the inside as well as onion rings, waiter was on his phone instead of helping, and forgot 4 of our items which we had to repeatedly ask for. Not coming back.

Awful service. Manager and another employee just standing around talking to a friend, slow service, server who seemed to hate her life and not want to be here. Spend the money and go eat at a nicer restraunt in park city.
