Staff a little busy with not that many people. Seemed understaffed as most restraunts nowadays. Sat us next to kitchen door. Not the best seats in the house. Ordered a New York Strip, however it was frozen and settled for a t bone. Drink was good…took about an hour to get notice of the change I steaks then it came out without the grilled shrimp.

Great salad bar! I forgot just how great this salad bar is. My husband had the ribs and steak, I had the chicken carbonara. We had amazing service, although we came in late they still served us with a smile and fresh food. Thank you to our server I believe his name was Hal. He was a very busy man and attentive not only to us but everyone that walked into the door or sat at the bar. We will be back.

We tried Ruby’s again because of the sandwich and salad bar special. Each time we tried different ones and everything was wonderful. Lots of options on th salad bar and the mammies were great. Hot and flavorful! Hosts and wait staff very pleasant and informative. Now one our weekly treats. Very affordable..and much better than fast food ! Appreciate this special!

Scotty L took great care of our big group tonight. We got salad bar and the Tuesday’s special. Scotty answered all our questions for us and our food came out just as we ordered. We had plant based and gluten dairy free preferences at our table. Great prices and the salad bar was fully stocked.

I remember when will be Tuesday? ‘s shut down and changed the way they do their salad bar, they made it spectacular. It is now the focus of the restaurant, I absolutely love it. I come all the time, I always get something else on the menu and add the salad bar. It is a special place, a beautiful atmosphere. And good people , I will always return for their salad

I’m still trying to figure out how the “$9.99 Garden Bar with a burger and fries” ended up being $32 before tax for two of these meals?Bait and switch? Our waiter assured me that my bill was correct. In any case, Ruby Tuesday is trying to screw their customers, which is why so many have shut down. If I was billed incorrectly, can a manager or someone with the company please try to contact me for a refund? Horribly marketing!

Amazing customer service the waitress who made my strawberry sprite had the best service while helping 3 people at once plus an online order. I felt like I didn’t tip enough based on her performance. The garden bar is always good and regularly maintained. The rib eyes were very good and cooked just right. About every other time I go there, they are out of baked potatoes. Way too often.
