I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday’s thanks to my server, Rebecca. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. Drinks stayed full, food was hot, and she checked in the perfect amount without hovering. It felt like she actually cared that we had a good time. If you get the chance, ask for her – she really made the meal stand out.

I hadn’t been to a Ruby Tuesday’s in a couple decades and I am wishing there were more locations. Their salad bar is heavenly! I don’t typically like croutons, but they are so good here, they use pumpernickel bread and they are soft. So good! Lots of options on the salad bar and an extensive menu. Drinks were good, food was delicious, service was pretty good, plenty of parking and there was a room for larger groups so everyone could sit together. The only complaint I have is that their chairs could use some more cushion. I will say, I have a small tush and was uncomfortable within 20 minutes. The booths are a little more comfortable. Other than that, it was very good.

I recently visited the Ruby Tuesday in West Plains MO. Our server, Madison, was great. Nice atmosphere, and clean. I ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon Salad Bowl, which was pictured on the menu and described as being mixed greens with edamame, corn, beans, etc and a vinaigrette dressing. My salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and the dressing, very little of the other toppings. The dressing had a great flavor, and the salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly, but the actual salad part was very disappointing. It would have been much better had it been fresh mixed greens and more of the toppings. All the other orders at my table were good.

Food is excellent, especially the salad bar. Old school RT. Two problems management should address.
-entry doors need to be fixed. They jam shut and require force to open or close.
-vacuum the carpets. Ate here twice in a week, first time we arrived right when it opened. The foyer carpet is filthy.

Just don’t waste your time. Honestly. We walked out. Poor service, literally 3 people working in the entire place and that should tell you something. Everyone around us getting drinks before we did even though we sat and sat and sat for almost an hour. People around us also getting stiffed with half orders, cold food. As we went to leave they tried to deliver something we didn’t even order, that was Mac n cheese heated up from the microwave. Salad bar missing food, floors and tables dirty and ripped. It’s just not worth your time. And by glancing at the other reviews-I don’t want a response to this. You can take your AI generated responses and invest the money into giving a damn about your customers.

Stopped by for the annual Veterans Day free meal. There’s only two very small burger choices and the additional salad bar. You only have to pay for the drink.
I like the atmosphere and my late wife and I always meant to come here, but she passed away before we could.
We like the old, dark wood interior design, reminds me of an old world tavern. The service was good, and friendly. The burger was ‘smallish’ as restaurant burgers go; I’ve seen much bigger. For the salad bar, I just had some pasta salad and potato salad and some beets. Everything was fine.

Me and my coworkers would like to acknowledge and PRAISE the staff of this restaurant. From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed with such warmth and a huge smile. The place was definitely busy but they accommodate us fairly quick for our party size.
We would like to give a special shout to to “Mel”. She truly represents what service and professionalism is all about. Never stopped smiling while taking our orders and accommodating our food needs. At the same time she would take care of other customers with the same great smile. Even though our order has some hickup she went out of her way to make sure we got everything ok.
