We come here often 🙂 love it here, we always come for the amazing salad bar. Its got so much to offer. They renovated the inside a few years ago, they have a fancy light up onyx bar, and very modern atmosphere. Great food, great service, and its surprisingly a bit of a secret, when we get friends to come with us to “pregame” here they’re always surprised its so nice (so upgraded) and the drinks are amazing and half price 4-7pm
Anyways, we always have a great experience, but today one of our dishes was a bit overseasoned. (Never has happened before). And I didn’t want to be a bother, but they fished it out of me and insisted on getting it perfect, and they did. So the first time we had even a small issue here they were extremely kind and sweet about it and took great care of me. To me just the way they cared so much felt above and beyond and I thought it was time I wrote a review of this great place we keep coming back to 🙂
FYI they have great deals on their app. Lots of bogo deals. 10 out of 10 place to eat! Especially if you’re on a diet trying to eat healthy!

The taste of the food was great. But the presentation and amount were seriously lacking in Sioux Falls. Then, when we asked for more fries, they charged it to our bill. They ended up removing the charge but just not a great look.

5 of us went here at 5:30 pm on a Friday night.
It wasn’t busy and was seated right away. Our server asked about our drinks brought them in a timely matter. Then disappeared for 10 minutes. This consisted through the night. We had an appetizer with very little chips. We never got our water refilled. And never asked how our food was or asked how we were until all our plates were empty and 20 minutes passed. Food itself was a very good price. With the ribs had a little more meat but was tasty. If the service was good it would be a much better experience.

Friendly staff, mid food. Medium rare steak came out very rare. Bourbon glaze on salmon tasted like a shot of liquor. Fried zucchini was very salty. Rice was dry and flavorless. Salmon was overcooked and white in the center. Shrimp were overcooked. The salad bar was well maintained and had lots of variety unfortunately it was also the best thing on the menu. For $20 a plate the presentation was underwhelming and the portions were very modest. All in all not the worst but unlikely to return.

Food was amazing, the look and feel of the place was classy, and perfect for a date night, or even casual dinning. The salad bar had lots of options and the cost was worth it. The Manager, Becca even checked to make sure we were good.

Stopped in here today at about 430 to grab a quick bite before our drive home. Extremely disappointed in our experience. We were greeted by a non- personal host with absolutely no people skills. He walked us to our table and slapped the silverware down and walked away before we even got to the table. He was wearing sweats and proceeded to sit at a table and text on his phone the entire time we were there, except for when people walked in, then he popped up, sat them and returned to continue to sit slouched over at a table texting. When we got there we waited for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I stopped one of the managers and gave her our order. She apologized and was very nice about it. Our server brought out our drinks shortly after. Our server was okay, not great. We had the salad bar and it definitely needed some attention. We have been traveling all week and this is the 3rd Ruby Tuesday’s we’ve been to, and if had been the first we would not be going back. Called the restaurant and spoke to the female manager about our concerns, she seemed responsive, concerned and apologetic. She put another manager on the phone, Watson. He apologized and said they’ve tried talking to the host…. Seriously, who runs the business here. Ruby Tuesday you can do better.

Not busy but server disappeared for long periods and never got a refill on pop or even offered a second soup on all you can eat salad and soup. The salad bar was ok but not a big selection.

I was in the mood for salad so what better place to go than some place with a big salad bar. Ruby Tuesday delivered on this and I was so happy! There were options I don’t always see, such as corn, and I was very happy to add hard boiled egg as well. My husband got a burger at the suggestion of our waitress and he said it was very good and juicy. He thought the addition of queso was great and had a side of onion rings with ranch. We were both very satisfied with our meal and very happy!
