I ordered the hickory bourbon pork chop. It smelled amazing when it was served to me. I cut into it only to discover it was 2 thin pork chops pressed together to look like the nice thick pork chop it was supposed to be. The manager never came to the table to apologize nor did they comp anything on our bill not even my glass of wine. I got another chop but my husband was already done eating. Wasn’t a great experience.

We stopped after traveling 11 hours with four to go. We wanted fresh, non-fast food dining. We are so glad we chose this Ruby Tuesday! We were seated immediately at our choice of table or booth, had our drinks within a couple of minutes, and had the pleasure of Joe being our waiter! Joe is was professional, making us feel at home and taken care of, and friendly. He exhibited sincere joy and enthusiasm in doing a great. Our food was fresh and delicious (petite sirloin/medium, baked potato, fresh green beans… chicken fresco, grilled zucchini, mashed potatoes), reasonably priced, and served within 10 or 15 minutes of ordering. Awesome for needing a little respite from the road, yet not being delayed in completing our trip. All staff we encountered were positive and friendly. We look forward to returning!

Service was slow, waited about 10 minutes just for our beverages. Noticed some surrounding tables that had not been bussed for a period of time actually until we were almost finished with our late lunch. Seemed like food was a little slow to come out for what we ordered but it was nice and hot and had great flavor. The waitress was polite. We also went at a not so busy time.

Food was great, service was great, what more can you ask for. Place also seems much cleaner than when I was there last. The host, waiter, and manager were all very friendly. Will definitely be back next time I am in town. Every time I come here it is far better than the food and service I have gotten at the Applebee’s in town, and it seems to be getting even better. The manager was telling me about how they are adding a lot of items to the already amazing salad bar in the near future.

I have been to this location several times and it’s always been good, went there lastnite, I ordered the trio combo appetizer, I was not impressed. The cheese dip was good except the bottom of the bowl was layered with cooked tomatoes. The onion rings were not top quality and the chicken was dark meat not white meat. For the price I paid I was Very disappointed. The service was not the best either. My appetizer came out long after my friends made a trip to the salad bar and ate.

Our waitress was very sweet!! She gave us refills when needed and was very patient with our confusing order. Her name was Justice and I was very happy with the way we were treated. Definitely going to go back and request her if we can!

Great food and great service. The bartender Lauren was great, and the tall host was super friendly as well. The manager (I think his name was Jon) came over and told me all the fun stuff to do while I am in town, and gave me and my family some great ideas to do while visiting. Make sure you stop in while in Gaylord, you will be glad you did! By far the vest restaurant I ate at while in town!
