I used to adore Ruby Tuesday as a kid. But now, many years later, I was really sad this time revisiting it for the first time. The food is overpriced for what you get– $13 for 5 pieces of sad shrimp really shocked me. I also ordered the dulce leches dessert and it wasn’t great either, I could barely eat half of it. My friend and I tried the funnel cake sundae as well and neither of us wanted to take more than a bite (don’t recommend!!!). He also ordered one of the pasta dishes and also couldn’t finish it because it wasn’t very good. Our server was helpful and nice, but we were missing utensils/napkins for half our meal. The atmosphere of the store is like I remember it, but the food was just so disappointing. (And no popcorn shrimp, which was my favorite back then)

I was wanting the salad bar and I called to confirm if they had one and yes they do and Tom the manager was great over the phone and in person. I enjoyed the food. Everyone from the host to my waiter was great. It took a while for her to come over and check on us to give us water. But we had nothing but time. So patience is a virtue and in today’s world hardly anyone wants to work. So a lot of places are short-handed and what not. So we waited very patiently but once everything got to rocking and rolling everything was good. Thank you so much. Sharonville location Ruby Tuesday’s was awesome and again salad bar was great. The presentation wasn’t that beautiful but all the fixings were amazing. Thank you so much!

It was great to see that there’s still one Ruby Tuesdays in Ohio! The salad bar is in full effect as well. All options at the haha bar were full and the food looked fresh. Our waiter was pretty good and friendly. The food was just as good as I remembered, and came out relatively quickly. The food was hot and the manger came by to check on us. The bathrooms were clean as well. I would come back here. There are daily drink specials available for less than $7.

We asked for A1. They didn’t have any. Brought out malt vinegar, L&P Worcestershire sauce which had an 4/2025 expiration date and hot sauce.

Our local Ruby Tuesday closed down years ago. We were always sad. Decided to go to one while traveling and now we realize why they are closing…. restaurant was in pretty rough shape. V. Food was very mediocre. Service was great, she was the highlight of the visit, but other than that, It was a sad trip to see a childhood staple go downhill

Classic Ruby Tuesday’s flavors and salad bar. We haven’t been to one in years. Had a decent meal. The salad bar was smaller than I remember but well-stocked and full of tasty options. The Ruby Burger was good. The Cheesesteak was tiny and fair at best. Next time I’ll get mozzarella instead of cheddar queso. Great, friendly service though. Overall, pretty good and had fun there. I’m glad they’re still rocking in Sharonville! See ya next time we’re up that way!!

Easily accessible to interstate. Ample parking. Clean and attractive eating area. Food was delicious. Price is reasonable. Vegetarian delight! All you can eat salad bar! With their rewards app, we were able to purchase one entrée and get another making it reasonably priced. (Great for retirees with fixed income.) Restrooms were considerably dirty though.

Open Christmas day at 4pm in Sharonville. Went in 4:10. Was seated in 10min. We ordered 4:45 pm after getting out drinks and looking at menue. No food for 45 min even after asking. Sister and both get in law just left. My friend and I stayed. 6:10 waitress brought me water? I didnt ask for. We asked again about our food. ” I cant do anything about it. There are 2 cooks.” I said we were here before all those other peoples. Our food should have been ready before these other people here after us. She went to the service window and we got our food in about 15min. She brought the check and ask if it was on one or split. I said we’ ll pay 50%. I cant do that. Yes you can. Ill have the manager come out. She came back and said manager said we could just leave! A 4some came in and sat behind us. Talking about good salad bar and such good ribs. They ordered and waitress came over and told them they were out of ribs!!!
