I come here every so often for a quick lunch before heading to Aurora Outlets. Our server, John, was real kind for our time before Thanksgiving. We order our usuals which is the hickory bourbon salmon and the 2/25 deal of a spinach artichoke dip (which I find better here than Applebees) as appetiser with the hickory bourbon chicken and chicken & broccoli pasta as entrées. Perfect for a party of 3. Portions are reasonably small since we always come around lunch hour but perfectly sized enough to fill you up for the day without feeling so stuffed to move and get no leftovers. Every Ruby Tuesday also consists an all you can eat salad bar and an actual bar. All in all, great place as usual. I recommend the spinach artichoke dip and the chicken & broccoli pasta.
Also, BOGO $3 is not a bad deal to be honest. And the Philly Cheesesteaks and Quesadillas that go on sale every Friday are phenomenal. Definitely check those out.

My experience began pretty rocky as it took quite a while to be sat at a time when the restaurant was relatively empty. There was also a long delay in my party being greeted by our waitress (possibly due to limited staffing as it was a Sunday evening). When our waitress finally came, everything changed. Megan provided us phenomenal service, and made sure all of our dining needs were met. Upon returning, I would certainly request her again!
The food was actually pretty amazing for a casual bar and grill. My entire party was pleasantly surprised.
Kudos to both Megan and the kitchen staff working Sunday night during the Bears and Rams game.

Not too many of these restaurants around, we are lucky this location is only 20 minutes away. Join the club/app thing, get lots of BOGO and other perks. Menu has sandwiches, burgers, steak, seafood, and a fabulous salad bar (clean, regularly checked and restocked). Great prices and service. Definitely recommend

I am from out of state and, I travel a lot for work I haven’t been to Ruby’s since I had a back experience in sheffield. I was staying close to streetsboro, and on Thursday I figured I would try again! The warm welcome and great service I received from Ben was amazing food was very good! The manager Heather was so nice and actually interacted with me and other guest and seemed very caring! I am already planning my next trip back to streetsboro for this reason… It’s really hard to find such a wonderful welcoming experience like this! So thank you Ben, Joe and, Heather

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I wish there were more around. I had the salad bar which is always really good and filling. It’s rare for a restaurant to have a salad bar. I also had the hickory bourbon chicken and grilled zucchini. Once again, delicious and it’s rare to find grilled vegetables (in my opinion). Our waitress was outstanding and very friendly. Overall 10/10.

The specials and food are generally good. Burgers are great, fries and sides are good, the grilled chicken I got was also pretty good, but small sized. The salad bar is good, but most of the lettuce whenever I go up there is brown and wilted.

I ordered almost $100 of food. I paid for the steak ramen and got chicken which was a $7 difference. The pasta of the other meal was undercooked and my meal with the scallions were horrible first there was more scallions than rice or broccoli and the scallions were horrible! Literally this place has gone to the dump the last 2 years I’ve lived out here.

The have a salad bar. I missed that. Food is great, quick service. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Certainly recommend if you see one stop in. A little on the expensive side. But you get a big salad and properly portioned dinner.

Had been a few years since my last visit to a ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, salad bar and bourbon chicken sounded great.
Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders in right away.
Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit.
I got the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. Everything was great, chicken was not dry and overcooked, potato was nice and soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful.
Great visit overall, restaurant was not overtly busy but you could see staff was multitasking as needed to keep operations moving.
