First time here and wasn’t impressed. Food had ok flavor and I got a small piece of chicken. We didnt try the salad bar. Service was the issue. Lady had too many tables and we sat with empty glasses, finished plates and had to track her down to get out check and a to go container.

We had a great meal at Ruby Tuesday. This is the first time I’ve been to one in probably 20 years. They have fantastic daily specials. We went with the cheeseburger and fries, that included the salad bar for $9.99. That deal is hard to beat. The salad bar was tidy and clean. The decor is very inviting. The only thing was the server could have been more enthusiastic.

Service with Victoria was fantastic & food came out very fast! She’s very attentive and friendly.
Philly cheese steak and fried mushrooms were slightly underdone and most of the cheese steak flavor did come from the cheese.
Overall much better than in the past though and very pleased to see the business coming back up!

Victoria is such an asset to your company! She has been my waitress 1-2 times weekly for the last year and has always done a superb job in serving, taking my order, and knowing specials. She is very kind and friendly and makes her customers feel welcome and special! As a business owner, I know how difficult it can be to find individuals to work for you of the high caliber of Victoria! Today, Cam and Victoria were my waitresses and Cam was very efficient and kind, coming to my table numerous times to check on me, she is another wonderful waitress!

We ordered the triple sampler appetizer. It was pretty good. For dinner we had the French onion burger and the French Onion rib eye. The burger was great. The rib eye was ok. I ordered it medium rare but it came out more medium well. The service was great. On the whole, a good experience.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, I wanted the salad bar. The Ruby Tuesday’s in our town left over 10 years ago. And this was like walking back in time, that being said it really seems like it might be time for a makeover.
The choices on the menu seem like they were the same as they were and which I didn’t mind the salad bar seems a lot smaller than what it was and the glass that is by your face was dirty and it was made for an unpleasant encounter. I probably won’t go back just because of the food. Our service was fine, our waitress was Ruth and she was on top of it and she was very pleasant so I’d have to say that our service was the positive part of our visit.

We love coming to Ruby Tuesday, using the app, taking advantage of the deals, and getting soda water with lime. We love the steakhouse burger with the salad bar. We do miss the guac burger and hope it comes back! Victoria is a great server and took care of all of our needs.

I had lunch on Wednesday with my daughter and grands. We had such a lovely time. The service was friendly and prompt. Victoria was ever-present right when we needed her. The salad bar was fresh with many options. The kids got some chicken fingers, while my daughter and I had some delicious grilled salmon with zucchini and rice. It was nice to discover this location. The Ruby Tuesdays near me closed several years back, but it was a favorite of my daughter growing up and Mount Vernon is a good midway meeting point for us.

Julia has been our special requested waitress for a couple years. Not only is she always pleasant, smiling and caring; but is the most efficient when it comes to our orders, drink refills and all other needs. She is always moving and is the best at what she does!!
