I had the New Orleans Seafood but not the Cajun. Because of dietary needs, I asked if I could have the dinner without the spicy seasoning. The request was honored, and I was VERY pleased with my meal. The tilapia and shrimp were prepared perfectly. The seasoning on the zucchini was very tasty and well-prepared. Salad bar is not included with a meal but it can be affected for $5.99. The server seldom came to my table (it was not busy), but my needs were met. The server did not ask if I wanted dessert. I was there mid-afternoon, and there were two other tables with guests. Some of the workers were sitting at a booth and not working. This was not impressive. Overall, I enjoyed my meal.

All the food that came out was burnt and over salted. The salad bar had fermented fruits on it an old pasta salad, it stunk like fish in the entire restaurant. It was not clean and my server was not good, she was unattentive.

If it was possible to give a zero I would! Our family of 4 visited this location today around 4pm. The parking lot had not been cleared should have been our first clue. There were only a few people there which is understandable with the weather. Both of the restrooms were deplorable absolutely disgusting! We did let our waitress know but during the duration we never seen anyone address the issue. The food was cold and missing ingredients that we were told they were out of some things, again understandable due to the weather, but the temperature of the food should not have been cold. Looking around during the course of our meal we noticed the filth throughout the building was not contained to just the restrooms, the floor was covered in crumbs and smashed food, we sat in the front section and each table and booth were dirty. One staff member had their young child with them while working. Spending over $100 for 3 burgers and chicken pasta we were very displeased with our experience. If we would have been able to pay attention upon entry instead of trying to not fall on the ice covered walkway we would have noticed the 88 score and chose an establishment with a safe score! Never again!

Melissa was the best server! I am watching what I eat and she was very patient and helped explain all the different options for me on the menu. She was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back to request her again.

My bf and I went out to eat for Valentines day and the only thing that was decent was the cheeseburger and salad but the mashed potatoes and the tots was cold the butter wasn’t even room temp to have it melted on the food. He didn’t like the atmosphere but I’m one that don’t really care and I will still eat my taters cold but was chef for years in a restaurant and a manager when he was in better health. Overall very disappointed and will not be back

My one and only visit to Ruby Tuesday. Don’t see them all that much in my travels. Anyhoo I was staying in a hotel nearby and had been driving all day. Not in the mood for heavy food I was hoping for a salad. Knew nothing about Ruby’s but walked over to check it out. A salad bar!! Perfect. Went in, was seated immediately. Had a big salad and thanked my lucky stars. Next time I’m near a Ruby’s in my travels I will check out the rest of the menu. Covid had a big impact on salad bars making many of them disappear. So glad some places like Ruby’s still has them. Actually a decent salad bar is the one thing I look for when seeking a new place to eat.

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, with a party of 9 the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly specially our waiter Micheal and waitress Katrina and attentive! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — you can really tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re coming for a casual night out or a special occasion, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend — definitely a new favorite!
