The waitress was AMAZING despite the fact that she had to take care of 9 + tables ALL BY HERSELF while the manager stood at one table socializing for the entirety of our stay. I cannot remember the waitress’ name but she was super sweet and professional despite the pressures of being the only working employee there (the kitchen did a great job too!) and her voice reminded me a little bit like Lindsay Lohan– she needs to know how great she is so someone please tell her!! The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Customers all seemed to be having a good time and everyone left with smiles on their faces.

Excellent dining experience! Immaculate facilities, superb customer service and delicious food. My friend and I decided to return to this Alcoa location, after an absence of several years. Both of us were really glad to return to this location and check out the new autumn menu and “new look”. I’ve been a huge fan of Ruby Tuesday since it’s creation in 1972. Through the decades there have been many, many changes made, especially with the menu. However, I still enjoy dining at Ruby’s, although the Ruby Tuesday of today resembles little of the Ruby Tuesday of the 70’s/80’s. There is a new menu, with many unique selections. Fortunately, my current favorite meal remains on the new menu; Hickory Bourbon Chicken. It was prepared perfectly and was accompanied with grilled zucchini and loaded baked potato. My friend order the deconstructed beef kabobs and was thrilled. If you’re unfamiliar with Ruby Tuesday, they provide a garden ( salad) bar, a rarity now. I didn’t order a garden bar, but I did check it out and it looked fantastic; clean, fresh and well stocked. Our server was amazing; attentive, kind and efficient. The “new look” of the dining room is bright and modern. In my opinion, I find the new look decor to be a little stoic and boring. I greatly miss the once exciting, fun decors of the past (I know it’s not coming back). I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday Alcoa location for any size group. Ruby Tuesday often doesn’t get attention and recognition it deserves; if you’ve never visited, you should. If you haven’t visited in a while, you need to return again. My friend and I had a perfect dinner experience! Thank you Ruby Tuesday!!

Autumn was awesome. Personally the best waitress i had had in a long time. She knew when to ask questions and when to stay away. Will definitely ask for her to serve us again.
Foid was good to.

Had not been to this location in months. I must say I was pleasantly surprised during my visit today. LT was our server and he was great. He takes pride in what he does. Gentleman taking care of salad bar was accommodating and very friendly. Food was awesome. Thanks to the management for the improvements!! We’ve always loved Ruby’s!

Steak had a lot of gristle to the point it dampened the dinner. Tasted great and was done just right. Pilaf and salad bar were fantastic. Loved Jenny and manager even came out to inquire about our steak. Virgin peach/mango margarita was excellent. Chef came around too. Fun place for Valentine dinner.

This was so bad on so many levels.
We walked in as a mother and son were exiting. He tripped over a broom and dust pan. It was clear that the broom needed to be used but had not been in a long time.
Next up, our waitress told us and every table she waited on.. I am brand new here. Have patience with me. Which everyone including us did. Then of corse the wait. For our drinks. My husband ordered water with lemon and got no lemon. That’s ok. He never even mentioned to her. She came and took our order finely. We waited a good 40 minutes for a appetizer plate that my daughter and myself were sharing. And a bowl of lobster bisque. My husband ordered the catfish dinner. When we got our food, the appetizer plate was cold, we sent the soup back because it tasted off and ordered a bowl of potato soup. My husband was brought fish and chips. He said excuse me but I ordered the catfish dinner. She said oh I thought you said fish and chips. Then he was brought a mixture of catfish and shrimp. The manager was busy with some folks who were regular customers because we heard them tell her if this was how things were going to be, they would not be back.
We finished eating the appetizer plate and they brought out the potato soup. I ask them to put it in a to go bowl. 15 minutes later, we got our bill and the soup. I went to the restroom before we left and there was no toilet paper. Thank goodness I had tissues in my purse.
So I think this rates in the top 5 worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant.

Kaneisha at the bar was so much fun!! I was having a bad day and she put a smile on my face. Did the Tuesday burger special and that also put a smile on my face. Good burger and good company on a not so good day, made this Ruby Tuesday visit one to tell my friends about!!
