Had fish and shrimp platter, endless salad bar and side chicken tenders. Fish was not to my liking but salad bar was delicious.

Was seated with wife ordered meals with additional salad bar. We ate salad bar and noticed people got served who came in after us. We asked where our food was and was told waitress forgot to put order in. We waited over a hour with no food and waitress answer was you can eat more salad bar. Got food and it looks pitiful picture of food was nice filets I got scraps of fish. UPDATE my wife called district manager and he apologized for the service and said if we come back she is to call him and he will make it right

We were traveling and decided to stop. Not many Ruby Tuesdays left. One of my husband’s favorites. The salad bar was good. My husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered the lobster bisque soup. It took 3 attempts to get a clean spoon, by then my soup was cold. My husband asked for a to go cup, that took an additional reminder. They weren’t busy. Food wasn’t bad, service was terrible. Will not recommend or go back.

Order the 12 oz New York State. There’s probably 4 oz of fat on it. It wasn’t cooked, right? It looked like it had been microwaved. The scallops almost look like they’ve been microwaved. Also, like Golf balls? My wife had the soup and salad, which I’ll honestly say the salad and the soup was pretty good. We had a waitress that came and saw us. Once there was only 6 customers in the whole store and we were there for 2 hours to eat dinner. And the food was not good. So I’m not really sure what they’re doing, but they shouldn’t serve seafood or steak if they don’t know how to cook it. We won’t be back and we’re both in the food.Industry, so we’re not really that picky.We understand when things are busy.There was nobody in the store.It should have been way better than it was

What attracts me to Ruby’s, at least those that remain open, is a good meal at a better than fair price. Plus when you have coupons like, BOGO for entrees, it’s good for everyone!
Make sure to tip your servers accordingly when using those great coupons. Enjoy!

I wish I could share a better experience, but the problems started as soon as my group of 7 people walked in. We told the young man at the host desk that we had a group of 7. He said he needed to check if he could accommodate us and came back shortly after. He said he did not have any space available at the moment but could put us on a waiting list. I asked him if he had an idea how long the wait would be since I did not know if there might have been some other previous reservations, and he replied that it would not be until someone was finished eating! He had a very smug attitude! Some time later he came and stated that he had a long booth table if that would be OK. We went to sit down but it was very tight space wise. When our server came, we asked her if we could get her to move two tables together which were close by so we could have more space and she said absolutely and moved them with the help of the host! Problem solved. Too bad that did not last long. To start with it took forever to get our food once we ordered, and it kind of came out in spurts, with a couple of people having to wait until the others were already done eating! My food was OK, but the platter of 3 items with the ribs, shrimp and chicken strips was awful! The ribs were tough and half dried up, the shrimp looked puny and not well breaded and the chicken strips were skinny chicken slivers with barely any breading and were not done inside! We ended up sending it back! The 2 steak dinners were both ordered alike, medium and one was nice and pink and the other one was very rare. Our server was very nice and was apologetic about the food issues and we know it was not her fault. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but something was not right! Also, the host up front needs to realize that we are paying guests and not be so snappy with his attitude. This was not at all a good experience and the only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the effort the waitress made to accommodate us and her pleasant attitude through all the issues.

Alex’s personality and attitude were excellent from the beginning. She set a great example of what customer service Is all about. She took.very good care of us. I love Ruby Tuesday‘s salad bar, it’s the best in town. I do miss the flatbread they used to serve on the salad bar, but the croutons are pretty good. The variety makes it quite a delightful experience.

While having lunch I came in contact with two team members I considered above and beyond position they worked in. Miles who attending the salad bar was very respectful, well spoken and diligent in performance of his duties. Ready for increased responsibility and praise. Alex was the waitress very cheerful friendly and professional very memorable experience great job.

Stopped by on a Friday night. Mainly went for the salad bar, but decided to try the Southern Trio as well. Extremely disappointed with the dish overall but the real let down was the three pieces of fish. I say pieces, because to call the filets would be a gross over statement. Each piece was a single bite. Unacceptable for the price of the dish. Salad bar was mediocre, and not well maintained. No wonder Ruby Tuesdays is closing everywhere. Will not go back
