Salad bar was okay, although some items were out on it. We got the 2 dinners for $24.99 which is a good deal if the food was any good. Our steaks were overcooked and flavorless no seasonings whatsoever. Baked potatoes were cold and tasted old. When we ordered I asked for extra sour cream and didn’t get it. Couldn’t ask waitress because we didn’t see her until we were finished with our food. No bread served with meal or on salad bar. My husband had to flag another waitress down to get some steak sauce. There should have been 3 desserts to choose from but they were out of all but one of them and it was something my husband wouldn’t even eat. The bacon bits on my potato were burnt and hard as rocks. Not sure if we will try it again.

The food was ok and the service was below average. The chicken we ordered was fairly tough and was difficult to eat. The waiter seemed to have forgotten about us from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. The price was fairly high and didn’t match the quality of the food and service we recived. I would like to give them credit, however, for the salad bar.

Salad bar is great, and normal menu has always been pretty good, never had a bad server, service has always been great and pretty fast. Only reason for 4 stars was disappointed with the homestyle combos they came out with, I’m not sure what home the person that came up with the menu grew up in. But the food was mediocre at best. I have had bad food and this wasn’t bad but not great either.

My family and I came here for Thanksgiving lunch, and the food and service were excellent. The salad bar was fresh with many options, and we didn’t have to wait long for our entrees, which were very good. Thanks for a great experience on a busy holiday like this!

This past weekend I made some “to go” orders from Ruby Tuesdays in Muscle Shoals. Even though they were very crowded they were kind and courteous to me.
Change your order? No problem. They gave a very large container for my side salad. I love salads. The steaks were large and done to our liking. The cole slaw side was kind of small, but it was fine.
The food was divine!
Tip the bartender, she works hard for her tips.

Chicken sliders barely had a piece of chicken on it, ribs had hardly any meat on them and salad bar was almost empty. Our waiter was good but the food is definately not worth the price. We had the same experience a few months ago and decided to try them again probably wont be back.

It smells like a mix of horse stable and stale body odor near the fro t by the salad bar the food was terrible and it took FOREVER. The waitress never even refilled my drink through the entire meal. Definitely not worth the price idk how anyone can even stand the smell much less the food. And this was not a one time experience I gave them a second chance before I wrote this review. If corporate could even just do something about the smell….

What a turn around. Went from going maybe once or twice a year to twice in last month. Staff is attentive. Even during an absolutely packed Friday night they kept drinks full and updating us on our food without having to ask. Management was even paying attention and helping servers out. Menu has been revamped and is awesome. The salad bar stays restocked. Keep this up and I’ll continue visiting.

We were there early on Saturday, however they were already out of what I ordered, which by the way was a featured item on the menu. One of our party ordered steak which was over cooked. I had a coupon which was not deducted from my check, so I had to remind our waitress. We were very disappointed in not only the food but also our service. It will be a very long time until we visit Ruby Tuesdays again. Very disappointed.
