We had the BOGO entree. But one at full and then the second for $3. We both ordered Ribeye. The steaks themselves weren’t very good cuts . Definitely not PRIME but more like USDA CHOICE.
The potatoes were 20 years past due. The skin was super hard and chewy. The center wasn’t bad but I think the center was tiny because of how old they were
My guest had to send back the STEAK TWICE because they didn’t cook it properly. I almost finished my steak before they finally got theirs
If tgo seriously just get Alissa, she’s awesome. Great job, friendly, goes above and beyond if she can. Will even help check you out or help with your coupon codes. She knows her technology
Tell her ET recommended her.
Our reservation for 20 was “lost” but that was no issue. We were sat almost immediately after the tables had been setup for us. Stefan was the server for ALL 20 of us and we had ZERO issues with him, the food or the renovations in progress.
We LOVE this location and will continue to support it!
Thanks for the great service Stefan!
So when they were ready to eat, ours still had not been served. We had them go ahead and start to eat so it wouldn’t be cold. As noted, ours was ten minutes later. Our food eventually arrived and it was good and hot.
We’ll try them again, but, as mentioned…
We had a group of 6 dining. The waitress never informed us of any specials, but we happened to see one of the drink specials when we walked in. We ordered drinks and were served promptly. When we ordered our appetizers, one person in our group asked for a bowl of Lobster Bisque soup that was on their menu. She asked for it to come out with the appetizers. The appetizers showed up, and no soup. Our food came out, at different times. Still no soup. I asked another server if it was coming out and he said it would be a few minutes. Once most of our group was finished eating, the “soup” finally came to the table. The bowl was barely halfway full, and did not look even close to what Lobster Bisque is supposed to look like. It looked like someone melted some cheese in a bowl and put green onions on it. Another server passed our table and we asked to send it back and just take it off our bill. Our server never came back and asked why it was sent back or if that person wanted something else, or to even apologize.
The appetizer platter is $17.99, and is not worth it. We had 4 of each thing. Very small portions. The server could have upsold the appetizers seeing that our group was 6 people, and suggested ordering another appetizer platter or purchasing individually.
Our food was average. We had a burger, a salad, chicken tenders, ribs/steak, and a cheesesteak sandwich. The food was pretty bland across all entrees. It was also frustrating that 2 or 3 entrees came out 5 minutes before the rest.
The atmosphere was not great either. The staff was spending a lot of time cleaning the seemingly empty restaurant. We felt like it was closing time, but the restaurant was still supposed to be open for another 2+ hours.
We chose Ruby Tuesday over another restaurant due to the wide variety of menu options, but ultimately we will not be returning.
Would not recommend.
